Had a brand new driveway paved in may 2023. By July 2023 edges were falling apart and starting to crack on the top. Reached out to company for 6 weeks, they came out and told me to put gravel and they would fix it. Put gravel now no responses one again. Nothing is going to fix this because the asphalt is already gone, rain will get under the driveway now and break it down.

I do not accept this response. Attached is an electronic copy of the contract I received. It states that there is a year warranty.
The edges of the driveway have completely fallen apart which is leading to the driveway being compromised because all rain runoff will now go underneath the driveway breaking it down further.
I have also attached screenshots of texts with their employee ***. You can see I was this problem only 3 months after driveway was done. You can also see it took months to get them to come out to look at driveway.
When they did come to evaluate I was told they would repair all edges.

06/05/2023, 3200.00 for large patch and seal coat of driveway, clumps of grass and dirt left on driveway before seal coat and after a few rains all seal coat came off, driveway has 30 or more gray spots a lot of them match up with skid steerer treads, talked to owner and he had his son call me back and said he would redo the seal coat, has been a couple of weeks and driveway still looks like crap and no one will return calls or textsBusiness response

I sent pictures of the problem of water coming in my garage to the company by email. There are some issues that the company will not contact me to repair the job that was done on a new driveway installation for my property. I made contact with owner 1 Robert B******** on June 13,2022 and was told they will call me on it Friday june 17,2022. Results was no call back that day. I recalled again Monday June 20,2022 and left a message Results NO REPLY Call again Tuesday June 20,2022 and left second message. Results NO REPLY The company contract implies we want a speed bump at the road end of driveway not a blob of asphalt. The worker in charge was very rude to my wife and myself too. After the base cote of asphalt was done and the crew left for the day. The roller machine was left parked on the driveway that left a dent of the roller machin and wasn't know about a puddling issue spot until it rained along with the leaking into garage. Asphalt at garage area is aprox 2 inches higher than garage floor causing the problem of leaking into garage.Business response

Complete job according to the contract, not done at all to my satisfaction as told during estimate phase.
$1000.00 was deducted for repairs to lawn area as hieght of asphalt posed a tripping danger for my guest.
I need a full refund $7100.00 to redo the driveway properly.
