            On May 16th I placed an order online for a wig. To date I have not received the wig. I have called at least a dozen times and reached out on their social media. The first call was in June when they told me that they don't check their online orders. I was told it would be drop shipped to me. Three weeks later I called again and they said there was a mix up at the warehouse but it would be shipped right away. I have called multiple times with a different excuse every time. The last time they actually took my call they said they were concerned bout the color in the wig not being as advertised. I said I wanted it no matter the color. At this point I have already finished chemotherapy and I just want my money refunded. I have left messages on their answering machine and on FaceBook. They are no longer answering the phone when I call.

            So, buying a wig can be extremely traumatic. Well it is/was for me. I just can’t express how kind, understanding, knowledgeable and helpful the owner Bob and his assistant Angie were. Bob was not pushy trying to sell me anything. He has such a tremendous knowledge of hair pieces, wigs, peoples personalities, needs and emotions that it made an overwhelming task for me a pleasant experience. He was so smart in helping me pick out the color, style, length and wig construction that was perfect for me! Bob spent hours with me. I tried on over 35 wigs. I was exhausted when I left but I left with a beautiful reasonably priced wig. I had a very private room, no onlookers and no pressure to buy. A friend came with me and they welcomed her as well. I felt like I was with family. I never exaggerate or make something up. That’s not me. So please trust me when I say that AJs Wigs is THE place to go for all your needs. You will NOT be disappointed or have any regrets. You’ll be glad you did! Eve.
