The poor lady is suffering from some unfortunate medical condition and bad memory. The stain uses was sabots an industry standard and very high quality. The people that did the job were Brazilians and were professional painters. Of course two coats were sprayed, and back brused, the bill was around 13k ( many prices are closer  to 18k)with the house in poor condition and over a hundred years old. VERY large home with attached garage and a shed. Many boards were replaced including almost all of the exposed trim. She was happy to pay at the time(over a year ago) She has had many problems and texts add odd times like 2a.m. she forgets many things and confuses even more with things that did not happen. The home was in such bad condition before the staining that she wanted it vinyl sided. 2months after preparations for vinyl siding she changed the entire scope. We made many return visits last year. I explained her issues with bad insulation and water issues and what her remedies would be but unfortunately she does not want any advice or professional solutions. We build homes, remodel them, and  our painting contractors have painted thousands of houses and never had any complaints like this.
