I’ve been taking my truck to Cantin for years because they stood behind their work and product, I thought. I recently had my airbag replaced because of a recall when I brought it in to get a new transmission. If you love your truck as much as I love mine you know when something is wrong with it by a sound or how it feels. Ever since I picked up my truck after they worked on it I noticed a rattle on the dash and after inspecting it one of the clips had broken right behind the airbag that they replaced. I brought the truck back to get fixed and I was told they didn’t do it. I felt insulted and that they thought I was trying to get something for free. You would think after giving them tens of thousands of dollars over the years they would treat me better. I will be bringing my business elsewhere for now on.Business response

My vehicle was hit by a deer in the beginning of July. Cantin Collision was where the vehicle was brought to get repaired. After picking up my vehicle I have returned to the business several times to have issues addressed with the repairs. The last time I went to address an issue about a strip near my windshield that was hot glued on instead of being clamped on properly. A man told me they could not find the part at the time of repair. He said rudely he would try and find it and give me a call. Also, I was told the company is basically done repairing because insurance will do no more. My vehicle is not repaired. It has been an inconvenience to keep going back to this business. I would like my car repaired and my deductible of 500 dollars refunded.Business response

I will accept Cantin Chevrolet's response when my vehicle is actually repaired correctly. It is then I will be satisfied with this place of business.
