      Our experience of Eco Clean Earth was terrible. We booked them to clean a newly purchased home prior to our move in date. We were very clear that the house had not been in habited in a while and needed to be cleaned top to bottom. The initial service (prior to adding in carpet shampooing) was estimated to take 11 hours (please see attached screen shot showing time estimate). With the addition of 500 sq ft of carpet cleaning-- cost: $165-- I assumed that would ad another two hours or so of work (total of 13 hours). Eco Clean Earth sent two cleaners for a total of 2 hours each (4 hours total). Needless to say, the house was not cleaned. The cleaners only had time to shampoo the carpets. I was, however, billed the full amount of $578. When I contacted Eco Clean Earth to complain, I was told the cleaners had run out of time. They obviously were not booked for enough time to finish the job. I was assured that Eco Clean Earth would make it right. They sent out a second cleaner, but come to find out, they told her it was a "touch up job" and only allotted her 1 hour to clean the entire 2,500 square foot home. She barely had time to start the job. So, a total of 5 hours were spent cleaning on what they themselves estimated to be an 11 hour job, not including the carpet cleaning. After multiple phone calls and site visits, eco clean earth eventually agreed to give us only a partial refund. Given that they in no way met the agreed upon services, I believe they should have refunded us in full. I am also horrified by they way they treated their employees. Scheduling repeatedly put them in positions where it was impossible to succeed. This was a miserable experience. I would strongly encourage any one looking for a professional cleaning service to look elsewhere.

      From the very beginning, the booking experience was unpleasant. Dealing with the call service was a hassle, with representatives displaying a shocking level of rudeness. During one call, I mentioned that my information should already be on file as I had contacted them before. Instead of offering assistance or clarification, the representative simply hung up on me. To make matters worse, the cleaning crew they sent was far from professional. The individuals who arrived at my home seemed like teenagers or inexperienced kids. It was immediately evident that they lacked the necessary skills and expertise to handle a cleaning job worth $350. They arrived ill-equipped, without the proper tools and materials for the task at hand. Despite providing clear instructions, they failed to accomplish even the most basic cleaning tasks. In fact, I found myself not only dissatisfied but also having to redo the entire cleaning job. It was baffling to see the level of ineptitude displayed by these individuals. I had to personally demonstrate and explain how to properly clean different areas of my home, including showing one of them how to effectively scrub a tub. During the service, one of the cleaners was seemingly more interested in her phone than actually cleaning. The climax of the disappointment came when their vacuum broke, and instead of taking responsibility and finding a solution, one of the cleaners mentioned that their boss dislikes being bothered with issues. In an attempt to rectify the situation, I contacted the booking service manager and expressed my concerns. This manager, in contrast to the cleaning crew, was pleasant and willing to listen. However, the manager in charge of the cleaning team in the area, someone named "Morgan," proved to be a huge disappointment. Despite multiple attempts to reach her, she deliberately ignored my calls and failed to address the issue.
