Illegally sold me a van knowing it would not only fail NH state inspection but waiting until he had my cash to disclose the vehicle is unsafe. I spent 6k on A van to use for grandkids and dogs and can’t use it until I sink another 3k into it. Very shady car dealer. Stay away or you’ll end up buying junk.Business response

******* FALL IN LOVE WITH THE VAN AND TEST DROVE IT AND CHECHED EVERYTHING UNDER HOOD/REAR SUSPENSION AND BRAKES
HE EXPERIENCED NO ISSUES AT THE TEST DRIVE TIME . IN THE MEANTIME HE LFT IT BEHIND FOR 4 DAYS TIL HE FOUND SOMEONE TO HAUL IT
AWAY WE DO SELL QUALITY USED CARS AND ******* WAS VERY IMPRESSED WITH MY VEHICLE CONDITIONS .
I THINK HE MENT SOMEBODY ELSE NOT OUR GREAT FAMILY BUSINESS.
UNFORTUNATLY, WE DO SEE PEOPLE UNHAPPY WITH EVEN BIG CAR DEALERS I CANT SELL HIS VAN FOR FREE.
TRANSATION WE LEGIT AND PROPER PAPERWORK WAS PROVIDED AND SIGNED BUT THANKS FOR YOUR BEING A VALUED CUSTOMER WITH US.

I do not accept the business's response as a resolution to my complaint because: did not say any of those things in regards to being impressed and fell in love with van etc. I would need $3000 cash back in order to not pursue legal action. I am now over $9000 into this van with ($6000 purchase price and $3000 repairs to make it road worthy. How could I thoroughly look at the underneath of van in a muddy parking lot of overpriced vehicles. You pride yourself in making customers happy yet you refuse to answer phone calls and answer to the certified letter I sent. I have the correct business and you know it. Please come to a agreement because you know you scammed and illegally sold me a van.

I purchased a car from this buisness test drove it checkedit very toroughly while i was looking at said car owner had some else there to purchase same car putting me under intense pressure to make a descision right then and there or loose out. not only that but there was no engine codes the heat was working all the lights where working smoothe ride other than the presure and he did call me while i was test driving it less than five minutes after i left to see where i was i thought that was odd but didn't think much of it at the time. I did decide to buy this car i took it off his lot andgot home took the kids to wrestling and felt like i was rear ended but had not been hit heat was no longer working head lights are not working car is now over heating every light on the dash came on. i had my neighbor pull the codes and one says subaru manufaturer defec and the other is a Transmation code. i called the dealer its less than 12 hours because to me it appears he cleared the engine code to sell the car he let me hear some nice things about fluid levels and he will look at it and what not held on to the car for a week did no work to it had me pick it up because he had an emergency he didn't want it snowed in over the holiday and now the song is well you bought it i applied for the title already so you can trade it in some h=where else if you like. even though at the time i bought it he told me it would pass inspection no problem i have a witness he took total advantage of me being a mom and with no money demanded payment in cash only and has now left e and my family carless again and now i have no money to get a new car.Business response

***** came with An Adult Female and 2 Children We had 2 identical vehicles same model same year different on mileages i had her at the dealership for almost 2 hours from the Minute she started test driving of both cars till she made a Final decision on which Car she's looking to buy i said upfront to her and the adult and 2 children who came along with her this vehicle is going to be as is sold due to being a trade in unknown of its Condition and made it very clear with no pressure on the sale and she witnessed that a guy also who came the same time to check out on the same car and the other one and he left so we did not put her in position where we say you have to buy it i left the decision to her, and took it for apprx 13 mins (EACH CAR) and came with it very happy with the way it handles and very Comfort SMOOTH DRIVE She Said .we did not demand for cash she wanted to hold the car so it won't get sold from underneath her so i said your very welcome to make a small deposit til banks opens (being on weekend),she came back with deposit until the beginning of the week for the sale to be finalized and every light was working as it should and there was no issues with heat .and car shifted very smooth as she Mentioned. we Left the decision for her to make without any pressure or obligations it is the customer's choice.

Purchased vehicle and it was not inspectable as promised. Had to have a additional $1400.00 of work on the vehicle to be inspectable. Also was provided a copy of vehicle title and not the proper title. Seller would not return calls or e mails about title and refused registered letter from NHDMV. Currently unable to drive vehicle as it had no valid title and cannot register it.Business response

SECOND YOUR NAME WAS NEVER ON OUR SYSTEM WE HAD NO INFORMATIONS OF SOMEONE BY YOURNAME OR
IF YOU WISH SEND US A COPY OF THAT TITLE /BILL OF SALE THAT WAS SIGNED BY E&J AUTOSALES LLC
THERE ARE ALOT OF SIMILAR AUTOSALES UNDER OUR NAME SO PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU ARE A LEGET

SO YOU MAY GET YOUR ASKING REFUND FROM A DIFFERENT E&J AUTOSALES.
