I think the service and the products ordered have exceeded my expectations in dealing with Littleton Coin Company. Shipping has been fast with no problems encountered. Only one not recieved is my last order but it's been shipped on 7/22. so I'll probably get it tomorrow. It's a pleasure to do business with them.

I have read so many complaints about people feeling tricked by the coins on approval program. In my opinion those people want the specific item highlighted at a discounted rate but then make it seen as though they were sent items they were unaware of. I am a member of many clubs with Littleton. They are very clear on what to expect and what it will cost if all coins aren't selected. It is a business so for example if you choose to not get them all then you don't get the full discounted rate. Bottom line is that this company trusts the consumer with coins and then in many cases have to clear invoices because someone didn't read what they agreed to. You get plenty of details about how it works and what you will receive. If I were Littleton I would not take loses because people want to be cheap and cast blame. If you don't want to be in a monthly club or get promotions then don't add them to your cart. Their customer service team answers immediately when you have an issue. The complaints I have read are bogus. You receive so much information that there is no way you could play the "I didn't know card". This is a great company and I don't know of any coin company that will give a 45 day money back guarantee. Do people expect Littleton to track those 45 days? It is silly. I read apologies and saw this company take the high road each time and let the folks keep the coins. You could always try Bullion Sharks and have them constantly badger you. Hats of to you Littleton. They send out valuable coins to people they don't know on a trust basis. Find another company willing to do that. I will always buy coins from Littleton. They recently sent me one of the most sought after Quarters with a major error and didn't charge a ridiculous rate. It was 3 dollars like the rest. They are legit.
