On December 23rd 2023 I ordered 3 subs on the app of subway this was located in ********* ** and for some reason this business location is not listed.i ordered 3 subs on app and everything went well I paid 20 dollars with a gift card and ***** on my debit card so the app said the sandwiches were ready to pickup I went into the store around 8 8:30pm and to my surprise no sandwiches were there to pick up the cashier said he can't make these subs because they are out of ingredients so I said I want a refund because it was a debit transaction he said it would take about 24 hours so I gave some time because yes it was the day before christmas banks are not open so today I am writing to the better business bureau because it has been over a month and I have yet to receive any type of refund even though the district manager ***.***** said the refund was being processed its been a month and I still have not received refund.i want my money back for the items I did not receive.i wrote to ***.***** twice mind you not personally but through the contact us feature on subway website.
