I had the worst hair experience ever at this salon. They never told me until after my hair had been worked on that stylist (Lauren) I was given to work on my hair was unlicensed. The stylist (Lauren) that worked on my hair had no idea how to place foils in my hair, did not know what color to use, nor how to perform a proper hair cut and had to constantly ask a coworker for help. In addition, the services I booked for were not performed even though I had stated they were important to me such as coloring the roots of my hair. I had just booked for a root touch-up and hair cut with another stylist, yet on that day they told me my original stylist had the flu and was out. I contacted the salon the next day to inquire about having my roots colored but Sara stated that she was busy all morning and she would have to call me back after talking to her boss despite me telling her that I would pay the full price just to get my roots fixed. I told her I was upset about my hair and she told me that Lauren was unlicensed. I told her I didn't understand why I was placed with someone who was unlicensed. In addition, I never understand why I was charged for extra services. I never received a phone call back from the owner and only received a response from my review online. To date, I have never received a phone call from the salon to fix the incorrect pricing or bad hair job from the owner. On top of everything, I was told by the stylist that the tipping was not included in the pricing but my previous hair stylist at this same salon told me the tip was included. I have attached two photos below (1. Photo taken on XX-XX-XX and 2. Photo taken on XX-XX-XX) and receipt. Basically, my hair looked worse after me leaving the salon. The roots were not colored despite my repeated request to have them done and my hair looks the same color despite me bringing in several photos of what I wanted my hair to look. I have a receipt attached below of my fix-up from another salon on 12-20.
