In October of 2022 I entered in an agreement to have a commercial system installed in early spring of 2023 for over $200,000. I gave them a deposit of $11712.00. By January they had not done anything. I contacted them again in February and they did not have anything done yet, even with engineering. At the end of March they had not submetted anything yet to the town or Eversource. On April 8th they contacted me stating they still did not have ant install date. April was the month the work was supposed to have been done. They knew I was planning on putting my business up for sale and it needed to be completed by June 2023. On May 9th I was informed that Eversource did not approve the project and the town rejected it. I was told that I needed to have a variance and install a new transformer or decrease the project by 50%. I told them it was too late in the year and I was not going to move forward with a smaller project. Before selling me a project of that size they should have checked with the town or Eversource. They had 6 months to take care of it. I asked them for a refund of my deposit numerous times with no response. If they don't respond to this the next step will be court.Business response

I do not accept the business's response as a resolution to my complaint because: I told them I will remove the complaint upon receipt of the refund, not before.Once the refund has been received I will remove the complaint.

I purchased solar panels from sunergy back in the summer of 2022. I made a down payment of $4000 for them. In December they were installed and I paid the rest of the price of the panels ($38000). After they were installed I was told they would send an inspector to review the installation. After that my power company will install a new power meter. After multiple texts and phone calls, I still have not gotten my panels inspected by synergy. They are now not responding to my texts. I'm not sure what to do because they have all of my payment and the job is not done.Customer response

I agreed to purchase a solar panel system with this company at the end of May 2022 and paid a deposit of $2500 at that time. I was provided an estimated install date of July/Aug 2022. In Oct 2022, I was contacted that the permit was approved and that I would need to an additional $29K before they will schedule a date for install. I told them that paying a 90% deposit before any work has started or been scheduled was a poor business practice and that I would agree to escrow the funds or pay the deposit on the date of install. We agree to a 40% deposit for $14,200 and installation to occur within 3-5 days of payment. I made the payment on 12/5/22 and then followed up 1 week later for an install date. The company has not been responsive by email or texts. I have paid them $16,700 so far without them fulfilling their agreement. I would like a full refund of $16,700 immediately and I nor longer want to have any business dealings with this company. I have no trust in them after their repeated lies. Furthermore, the agreement for solar installation was predicated on federal tax incentives and rebates from my local utility for 2022 install. I made specific tax arrangements for 2022, which are not not applicable since the system was not installed.Business response

We have been in contact with ***** *** and he has agreed to remove the complaint/review once the job has been completed. He is scheduled to have his job installed this Friday, January 6, 2023, weather permitting.
