In August of 2021 I contacted Goble Kennels about purchasing a puppy. I was asked to fill out a lengthy application, which I did. After they accepted my application we met via zoom meeting. At this meeting they told me they felt comfortable selling me a puppy. They also understood that I have a son with an intellectual disability who would be helping to train the puppy as part confidence building they even recommended a trainer who works well with disabled people. I was asked to pay a $500 litter reservation fee via venmo, which I did. They explained that they expected their dog to deliver puppies sometime in the fall and for them to be ready to go home sometime around late January early February. I agreed to all of this. On 12/15/21 I received an e-mail from Goble Kennels congratulating me on the birth of my puppy and told me more information would soon follow. On 12/17/21 I received an e-mail asking me to choose a date and time to pick up my puppy, which I did. At this time they told me that they would not be sharing any pictures of the puppies until they we're older. The next e-mail I got was on 12/24/21 telling me how great my puppy was doing but still no pictures. On 12/27/21 I got an e-mail asking me to choose a day and time for a zoom meeting to finally see my puppy, which I did. On the 12/29/21 I received another e-mail stating they were resending me the link to chose my meeting time and that if I did not respond by 12/31/21 by 3pm that they would assume I no longer wanted my puppy and they would be keeping my $500 reservation fee. I responded telling them that I definitely still want my puppy and that I was not giving up my reservation fee. I called them repeatedly and wrote several e-mails asking them to reply that they understood that I still wanted my puppy. I got no response from them for three days. Then I got an e-mail stating due to a change in circumstance they no longer can sell me a puppy. They refuse to call, my son is heartbroken!
