Branden G******** (Blueprint Landscape & Design) has lied, been unreliable, and unprofessional. He has not provided relevant documentation and has mislead me. Between 10/4/21 and 10/6/21, he claimed to have all wall block and pavers purchased and was on route 3 separate times to deliver them but did not happen. He stated he would provide purchase orders for the wall block and pavers, as well as pictures of the loaded truck/s, which despite requests, he has failed to do. On 10/8/21, he stated he was just picking up wall block, and it was the wrong color, and would not be in for another week (which contradicts what he told me each day prior); and he failed to show any purchase orders hours or supporting documents. After 8 days of no communication, 10/16/21, he tells me he applied for the Dig Safe late, and would not be able to start until Monday 10/18/21, well after delivery of pavers only, and after projected start date. He said he would email the Dig Safe confirmation that day; it was not received. I reached out multiple times for Dig Safe information, and it was not until 10/29/21, two weeks later that I received it, he claims to have sent it to the wrong email address, yet there is supporting documentation of this. On 11/9/21, after repeated requests, he finally provides his Hour Log of 91 hours, yet it is incorrect. There were no specific dates and times, and later he said it was a template he uses for all clients and it must not have saved before he sent it - but this was not clear until 6 days had passed. On 11/15/21, he provided me with an updated hour log of 66.75 hours, of which no dates or times were listed, and without those, the hours seem inflated based on general knowledge of landscape programs and AutoCAD programs. He stated on 11/22/21 that he would send the log with times/dates by 11/24/21, but that did not happened. He did not contact me again until 12/9/21 and is not offering reasonable solutions to terminate contract. I would like back $13,320
