    I brought my truck to be fixed here and boy was that the worst decision of my life!!! they did NOT repair my vehicle to pre-accident condition, I have a 2018 Ford F150 and the shop doesn't care what the end product looks like, there just there to collect a paycheck from your insurance company just to leave you stranded... Take my advice and bring it somewhere else!!!! I will even supply photos to this review just to show everyone what a great job they did!NOT!!!!! Like wow I would love to work for a shop that doesn't care about their customers and their vehicles! And **** if you make it to Aaron, he's a complete *****... First he calls to ask what to replace, like are you serious guy? Then hands me the keys when I pick it up just to find out the repairs done don't actually match OEM specs! Then I bring it back and they take it for another day to fix their mistakes! And they hand it back and I swear it looks like they never even touched it!!!! I held off writing a bad review in hopes that they would fix the issue at hand but they failed to do so, so here I am letting everyone know to steer CLEAR of this PLACE!!!!!!! Ohh BTW I only came here bcuz it was recommended from the dealership I bought the truck!!!! Completely disgusted as a customer at this point!!!! Saying it's an industry standard is a load of crap! It's shotty work and the shop knows it! So to sum it up they took $7200 for the repair and failed to repair the vehicle to pre accident condition and continuously lied to me. Accident was early March and they took my vehicle for an entire month and didn't do much with it in my opinion, lied to me about Ford working on the vehicle.

    Gave my car back to me with the same issue, twice!! Claim didn't touch passenger side tho frame was bent......gave car back to me with passenger tail light sticking out.....nice work!!

    Manchester Collision stands behind out lifetime guarantee on the work that was done. We have offered to put Mrs. ********** in a rental while we supplement the claim for additional concerns. The frame was not bent, there is a slight gapping due to the tail lamp pocket that the tail lamp sits in being slightly imperfect. The claim was down the driver's side of the vehicle with some overlap to old damaged on the passenger's side. The vehicle has been in a prior accident, so the gapping was assumed to be related to the previous impact. We would be happy to bring the vehicle back in and get the insurance company involved to rectify the issues, unfortunately Mrs. ********** is not in agreement to bring it back to rectify the ongoing issues.
