I had a checking account with them, a car payment was done when my account was low. This was not done on my end at all.My account is set not to let transactions through if no monies are in the checking account.we set up a payment plan but after one payment they locked me out of my online account and I received no correspondence of any type or manner. This I'm sure will effect my credit worthiness and future credit.They are and were rude and of course manner. go somewhere else.

Thank you Mr. *****. We do show an overdrawn checking balance from 2018 and would be happy to discuss your account with you. The online banking lock out is likely a simple password issue as we do not lock members out of their online banking account for any reason. To discuss this directly with someone who can assist you, please call our Credit Resolutions Department at ****************** and they will be happy to review options with you.
