Dentist installed 6 crowns (actually 7, this particular one is loose) in march of 21'. After a few months they didn't feel right. they started to bleed and hurt, and i started to notice a gap developing between my front teeth and bad breath, I went back after numerous calls to the office, (they were to busy to get me in), and that's another thing that made feel totally neglected. Dentist said he can do a procedure on me that would cost thousands and i refused, i already had paid around 11k. My claim to the insurance was send in after a year and a half and it got denied, and that's when i had been begging them for a year to send the claim to the insurance. I did send it in myself before the expiration date, but the insurance wanted xrays. They did send them in but it was too late. I went and got a second opinion and the dentist said the crowns were not installed correctly and they need to be done correctly. Ive had enough of these unprofessional people that only want to take your money. i want a full refund and a reimbursement for my current treatments. Thank you for reading this.Business response
