I have had nothing but positive experiences dealing with ANR for my holster needs. As a local business, *** also had the opportunity to talk to the owner who has provided me guidance and support to help steer me in the right direction. These are good people making good locally made products that are shipped around the world and used by tens of thousands of people. As a fellow small business owner, I am proud to have another company like this locally.Review from DJ A

My complaint is the fact that they make you pay for the convenience of a "quick ship" option but they can't keep their end of the bargain. When I placed and order on April 30th the quick shipping turn around was 5-7 business days, then it went to 7-8 business days, now it's ***** business. They literally make you agree to a quick ship disclaimer that states the 5-7 business days but yet they can't keep the promise of it. To me it seems like a money grab tactic. Today will mark business day 9, I was emailed on May 8th saying it will ship on May 9th or 10th, then emailed again on May 9th saying it will be shipped on May 10th. I never received shipping notification because it never shipped, today's business day is almost at an end and I have yet to receive a shipping notification. Don't charge the customers for a convenience if they don't receive the convenience. This will be my last time ordering from ANR Designs, and to *************************, if you're unsure about when an order may ship then don't give a date, just simply say you don't know at the moment.Review from Justin C

They sold me a holster with a poorly designed and malfunctioning claw. They would not refund purchase.

The claw on our holsters was designed and is sold by the largest holster supply company in North America, and is purchased by holster manufacturers - including us, who use it on tens of thousands of holsters a year. While you may find the design to be less than desirable, it is not "malfunctioning". The movement allows the holster to move more freely with the body, making it more comfortable while bending/moving. This movement does not impact the concealability of the holster, and does not make the product unsafe to use. A set of small rubber bushings can be added behind the claw to stop the claw from moving, but they are not necessary as the movement of the claw does not impact the function of the holster.BBB Response

I am capable of sharing images and video footage further helping to clear this issue. I can also demonstrate its intended use versus its failure due to poor quality. I've owned multiple holsters. All of which have no movement with the claw.
I have a couple thoughts regarding their response:
1) Even in their defensive language they indicate it is less than desirable. That is exactly what misrepresentation in sales is and a perfectly good reason for a refund to be issued.
2) The claw is essentially part of a lever. Longer lever greater force. If this changes, so does its effectiveness.
3) The claw and its use can be googled easily. There are no links supporting the use of a poorly secured claw...
4) I would really like a refund due to the poor quality of this product. I can show you why it is poor quality.
