Terrible Customer Service! This company by far is the worst company to work with as an distributor. I understand as a business owners mistakes happen but this was UNACCEPTABLE! Application process should be a lot more strict if your going to allow someone to open up an account, wait until I place an order then cancel it and say my account has been put into review after it just came out of review... Very confusing and bad business, My rep was Ashleigh, and she was very irresponsive. Told me she was going to contact me and never did. I had to keep calling in for updates and still get the same answer: "she will get back to you in 24". Overall I don't see how this company is in business. A very simple application process could of fixed all of this, plus canceling people's account for no reason is pretty crazy. I had time today so I left this detailed review :)

This account placed a suspicious large order of products that are commonly seen in bulk on third party websites. Due to a large first time order that this customer's account placed with us, the account was put into a review. When we reviewed this order and account with multiple of our partnered brands, there was reasonable concern that this order heavily reflected suspicious activity that we see on accounts that purchase with the intent of just selling online via third party websites. Selling certain products on 3rd party resale sites is a direct violation of many of our partnered brands' resale policies. Due to this as well as insufficient explanation of what the customer would do with such a large amount of product, we made the decision to close the account.

Before I made the order you guys already had my account in review. Once I put in the order you guys put my account in review again.

It's unorganized and unprofessional putting accounts in review 3+ times and me having to follow up with you because your rep told me they will get back to me multiple times and never did. I had to keep following up myself. You guys should be upfront about everything. You stated some brands don't allow 3rd party selling, then be upfront about it!

I made this review because I spent hours researching the product you guys had with the intent I was going to be able to put in an order, after my account was "put in review" 3 times already.

Then once I put in the order, you shut down my account off "suspicions behavior".

This could of been all avoided if the application process was more upfront and strict with everything just like any other distributors.

Then you guys allow orders to go through before you even approve new account application.

It's very confusing, unorganized, and unprofessional.

Get it together.
