Move went well thanks to Ray the Mover. Movers, Travis R********** & Robert C***** were very professional very hard-working staff. Efficient, packaged some of the items so that nothing would be damaged and marked boxes so when arrived we would know what was inside. Arrived on time and worked hard throughout the time that they were at our home. Couldn't ask for better serviceReview from Michael W

STAY AWAY. Damaged 45 items for over $7,000 and then refused to pay out even $1K. Made up all kinds of excuses, said they didn't disassemble items (which they did), refused to pay for stains on our couches, the list goes on and on. They damaged about 25% of everything they touched! Terrible moving job and terrible responses. I will be taking them to arbitration. They also yelled at my pregnant wife. Great customer service. It's too bad because I used ****** *** ***** for a corporate move and they were spectacular. Or maybe that's the point: they squeeze you when you pay for it yourself.

The customer submitted a claim for damage on their move. A repair service was assigned to look at the items claimed and a settlement offer was made to the customer for what was found to be new transit damages. The customer was unhappy and sent us a rebuttal to the settlement and we reviewed the settlement again and made additional settlements to bring the claim to conclusion. This however, did not seem to satisfy the customer either which is why we offered him to review the information on Arbitration, which he has filed. Should you need anything else, please let us know. Ray the mover, especially our mover Christian was exceptional. It was the best moving experience I ever had. They communicated with us throughout the entire move, were on time and so friendly. Wonderful! Im older and sick. Couldn't do the packing fast enough so I had a lot of unprotected items. The guys jumped right in to make sure everything was safe to move. Brought everything to the 3rd floor! Didnt miss a beat. So nice AND positive. Very refreshing. Nothing seemed to bother them. Shawn, Alex and Nick. Best guys EVER. They went out of their way to help me. A special thanks to Shawn who went above and beyond. I would HIGHLY recommend. Ray the Mover had Riley, who estimated my move and was also great. Very accurate. Prices were outstanding compared to 14+ other companies I checked. Do your research, but I guarantee, Ray the Mover is the only way to go. From start to finish.. the best. I may need them to help me again soon and Im actually looking forward to another great experience. Moving sucks.. lol. But they can take some of that stress away and it is so worth it!!! Just wanted to let the people at Ray the mover knew how pleased we are with the move. Chris and his crew were great they were professional and a pleasure to work with. The move went perfectly. We would like to thank Kathie and the rest of the support staff for making the planning of our move as smooth as any move we've ever made. They were always responsive and helpful. We were also very impressed with the driver and his team. The driver was very professional and handled our house holds goods with great care. First update: Botched Moving process. I only received 60% of my items and they have "no idea" where the rest is. The items that did arrive to the destination were damaged goods. As for the lost items, we are talking new furniture worth of thousands of dollars, devices such as my Xbox, sound system, my bar stools, parts of my dresser, pieces of my shelves, Stanford's steel trash can, shower roofs, pictures, military awards and decorations (irreplaceable items) etc. to name a few. They charged me $10,000 and did a $2,000 job. I even tipped the movers themselves an additional $200 and they have ruined everything. I have to take legal action and I am completely distraught by what has happened but I will file a claim immediately to track down my belongings. If you plan on moving out of state, go with a larger company or ****. They are mot equipped to handle even the simplest of moves cross country.Review from Karen J

Excellent service from quote to moving day ! Professional and efficient. Michelle made us comfortable and was available throughout the move. Corey and his team worked outstanding together. As a recent widow, after I moved to The Villages this fall I needed to get furniture from my storage unit in New Hampshire to my new home in Florida. I am so very glad my brother recommended Ray the Mover. Everyone was very professional and also pleasant and wanting to do the best they could for me. My furniture arrived in great condition, and the movers carefully set everything up for me. This was my first experience with a moving company. I am so grateful everything went so well. Thank you to everyone at Ray the Mover.
