This summer I brought my truck in for the third time to have warranty work done - the dealer told me the system only needed nitrogen and that it wasn’t covered - I paid $380.00 out of pocket . The problem persisted so I brought it to another dodge dealer who confirmed that Bonneville never ran the tests needed to find the much larger problem which was easily detected had they done their job. They lied and charged me for work that I later found out wasn’t required . They also didn’t fix the main problem three times in total which now will cost thousands . They let the woman who dropped the ball on this go but that doesn’t fix my problem it only fixed theirs.Business response

We received Mr. ********* complaint and reviewed his latest repair order. Based on his stated issue on the repair order, the technician followed proper procedures and corrected the issue related to the customer's complaint. We will need additional information from the customer to understand what occurred after he left our dealership. Please have him call Bill P***** (service manager), at 603-624-9280.Customer response

I have requested multiple times to be removed from their mailing/solicitation list but they keep sending me mail offers. These offers are lies and scams. They will not remove me from the solicitation list. I don’t want to keep receiving these offers. It is harassment.Business response

I have a Jeep that I purchased with only 19,000 miles on it. The PT warranty is still in effect and supposed to cover repairs at the closest dealership to where it broke down. I had this vehicle less than 10 days when something grenaded from the flywheel and sheared through my transmission. When I called roadside assistance they said that it had to be towed to the nearest Jeep dealership, which happened to be Bonneville. I discovered that there were two recalls for this exact issue and they had already been performed. However, Jeep decided not to replace the problem part or parts themselves during either of these recalls. A quick Google search shows that these recalls have simply not been successful in certain vehicles. First Bonneville tried to blame my tires for it and were trying to deny the warranty claim until I mentioned these recalls. Only then did they decide that they would do the right thing. They had my vehicle for well over 2 months. This caused me to max out my credit card to the tune of thousands of dollars in auto rental fees. I finally got the vehicle back. Less than 10 days later the same EXACT thing happened again! I wasn't even operating the clutch either time. It happens out of nowhere. It is catastrophic and potentially fatal. One woman and her dogs barely made it out of the vehicle before it was engulfed in flames. Even though there's a Powertrain warranty in effect and even though there's a 24-month warranty on repair they had done, they now refuse to honor either and are attempting to make me and/or my insurance company liable for it. This is clearly a Jeep defect and Jeep/Bonneville needs to do the right thing here. it's blatantly obvious what the reality of the situation is yet Bonneville refuses to budge. Not to mention I simply don't have the funds to continue renting vehicles. I need my vehicle to get to my job. If I lose my job, I lose everything. This is been an absolute nightmare. I just want them to do the right thing.Business response

I put $500 cash down to HOLD a truck for 24 hours with a receipt showing that this is a hold NOT a down payment. The Dealer took it upon themselves to TAKE MY CASH and keep it for a "deposit" on the truck. THIS WAS NOT AUTHORIZED. Also, the truck was funded via wire transfer at 12:20pm and CONFIRMED WITH office manager Betty R***** but the dealership refuses to acknowledge this, even though their finance department confirmed wire transfer. We gave them our tax returns for income and they used THE WRONG ONE! We then had to go out of our way to get our own lending because they don't listen or read paperwork correctly.Business response

I have enclosed the paperwork associated with this deal. It shows a total cash delivered price of $89,360. This is made up of the $500 deposit and incoming wire of $88,860. Both of these are enclosed also. I'm not sure what the issue is from Mr. ***** complaint. If he had requested the deposit be returned to him, then the wire would have to have been an additional $500.
