Gerome takes money then he has you take out a loan from a bank he uses and tells you that the work will be done by a certain date and still 3 months later your house is flipped upside down and no one comes

I engaged the owner of this business in Early 2021 for a remodeling effort that included two bathrooms and paid 1/2 in advance. Was warned of COVID delays that may take up to 3 months for material delivery and accepted that. 3 month passed and I got no notification from the owner of further delay and reached out several times before he returned my message. Long story short is that we couldn't get him to come for 7 months and he never once called me to tell me of delay or schedule the install. I had to call him each time he missed one of several deadlines and each call/text/email required several attempts with days between attempts and usually some sort of elevated language to get him engaged. First bathroom went in fine though I had to remind him a few times of agreed upon items that were not installed completed. Second bathroom was demolished (unusable) and almost everything was poorly installed including the shower (the only materials that he provided us) that the door would not close on. The foreman asked for remaining payment so he could pay his crew and I gave him the remaining balance via check as I assumed they would come back and complete the work. My bathroom was then out of order for several months while I kept getting the "waiting for a part" story. When I finally after several attempts got him back onsite after many calls, texts emails, excuses...the installed a different shower than was ordered that was of ultra low quality. I took pictured and filed my complaint to the owner again who came to look at the bathroom and agreed this is not the quality he would put on his website. During this time, he suggested that he should not take a loss to have HIS TEAM come back and that I may have to take him to court if I don't accept that. The last time he suggested court...I took him up on the offer. When the court sent the filing to his mailing address on his website. Beware this business...wished I did.

Craig Savoie, Hampton NH; After a bit of scheduling and parts availability confusion the owner Gerome came over to my place and personally talked things thru with my wife and myself, that was top notch and professional. Outstanding person in character and ethic. The installers, professional, courteous, clean and friendly.....first class workmanship too. Had a bit of trouble with the faucet on the shower stall right after installation and immediately the team was on the case and corrected the problem. I would trust any job to this team and cannot say enough good things about the owner ..he is a man of his word and and will see the job through and is also approachable and honest.

I hate reviews but I could not let an outstanding job go unrecognized. The owner , his son, the working crew were all gentleman and very respectful of our property. Finished product exceeded expectations. I highly recommend R+S Home Remodelers to anyone who wants quality workmanship.

Excellent customer service and job well done with no problems. Workers were polite and cared for my property. I am so pleased with the product and job so far. Will recommend R&S to others.
