On June 10 at approximately 1230 p.m me and my friend walk in to off broadway shoe warehouse in 70 march ave Manchester NH. At this time within a min of walking into the store, I heard one of the employers saying on her walkie “his with the black guy with the black shirt “. As soon as we step into the sales floor, we noticed that we were being closely followed by two employees, after being followed for five minutes, my friend and I split directions to see if we were still being followed. The two employees also split, one following each of us. After noticing that, my friend confronted the employee following him, and ask if there was a reason why we were being followed. At that moment the employee responded with “I work in that department “ he proceeded to follow my friend very closely. My friend ask him if he could stop following him and if there’s a reason. The employee responded saying “ you could leave if you don’t like it ” my friend ask to speak to a manager. He responded that he was the manager including the lady on the walkie I heard previously. I asked her why are we being followed, she responded “ I don’t have to answer “ I proceeded to talk to her, and asking why we were being followed. We’re regular customers of the store. She proceeded to say that “I remember your friend from last Sunday” my friend was never there the previous Sunday. She stated she a 100% sure it was him and he stole from the store that Sunday. I told her if she sure it was my friend to call the cops. She said they don’t that. I ask if she saved the surveillance camera or a picture she said no The surveillance camera don’t save video and at that time we were ask to leave the store, and no longer welcome to shop there in the future. I’m a good customer at the store and so is my friend. We were not there the day she assumed shoes were stolen. I felt embarrassed, discriminated against, profiled and targeted. I emailed HR/corporate and never got a response. I feel like the incident could have been handled differently by the employees, and I am upset that I am unwelcome to the store, I am looking for justice in this matter.Business response

I do not accept the business's response as a resolution to my complaint because:I called the number provided three days ago no one answered, I left a voicemail with my phone number and name.
I haven’t receive any phone call back in regard of the situation.
