THIS IS NOT GLASS STREET GLASS STREET WAS A LEGACY HAD RESPECT FOR THE CLIENTS THIS NEW **** IS RUN BY *************** WERE MADE THE **** WONT EVEN **** UP TO IT THEY SHOULD BE DOING TATTOOS FOR THE DEPOSITS GIVEN THEY WOULD LOOSE OUT A BIT BUT WOULD HAVE SHOWED THAT THIS WASNT SHADY DEPOSITS GIVEN SAY THEY CANT GIVE REFUND......BUT NOT EVEN HONOR WORK THATS WHAT A REAL **** W A ISSUE WOULD DO NOT JUST TAKE MONEY AND BLAME AGAIN YOUR GRIEVANCES ARE NOT WITH GLASS STREET

My friend and I had gone to Glass Street Tattoo in Manchester NH for their 3 for 80$ tattoo sale. This consisted of many different styles of fine line tattoos. I had spoken with one of the artists and they said that the tattoos came "as is" with no color or shading. After careful consideration, we had picked out three tattoos each. We each got one of a pair that were similar, and I had chosen two other cat designs to mimic my cats I have at home. We were not given any paperwork to fill out which should have been the first red flag of the evening. Our artist started working on my friends tattoo at 7:00pm. She did not want any shading for her tattoos and was unaware that he was doing shading until it was too late. He did not finish her tattoos until nearly 8:00pm. After setting up for my tattoos, he stepped outside to take a smoke break. The store had closed at this point, and he started on my tattoos. We did not leave the store until 9:00pm. The tattoos were poorly done. I tried to give it the benefit of the doubt and wait until the next day for the swelling to go down, however the tattoos looked just as bad the next day. I emailed the store the next day and didn’t get a reply. I called the following day and was given the personal email to another artist there. She had replied to my email and told me she would forward my info to the customer service representative. It has been almost two weeks since I had first reached out to anyone regarding receiving a refund for this tattoo. I have not been emailed back since I had gotten the first email response, as well as no one from any customer service department has reached out to me. I have followed up three times to no avail. I am very disappointed as I had hoped to put the money from the refund towards a coverup for this poorly done tattoo. Save yourself the money and go somewhere else.

They don’t give refunds and Dan the manager is rude. David the owner should be ashamed and so should Dan. If I could give -10 stars I would.

i was extremely happy with Glass street. They handle themselves in a professional manner and their work is amazing. I had several sessions. that made up a full sleeve and I wouldn't go any place else.

DO NOT GO HERE!!!! THEY ARE SCAMMERS!!! I have included photos for additional context!!!! THIS BUSINESS IS NOT BBB ACCREDITED!!! They don’t issue refunds so you have to call the “business manager” (who is not on site and will not answer the phone) This company did not tell me that my appointment was cancelled, and they won’t give a refund!! I paid $150 for a deposit for an appointment and my tattoo artist got fired causing me to waste my time and money driving out here just to be told he doesn’t work there anymore. Apparently, nobody sends out a message letting clients know that their tattoo artist is not working at the company anymore. Nobody gives a call saying the appointment is cancelled??? And now they are refusing to give me a refund??? This business is horrible!!! If anyone else has had anything like this happen to them, please send me a message. This is a SCAM.
