      Better Business Service Staff, I emailed magafoods.com to cancel since they do not have this option on their website-- which should be against the law-- and they keep sending me and charging me for the product. I have enough now to last me the rest of my life. I want them to cancel service, stop sending product, and stop charging me. Thank you, ***** *******

      Customer reached to us on 8-25-23 regarding her subscription order that was created on January 17th 2023 to ship every 30 days using a subscription promotional code. The subscription orders shipped on Feb 16th, March 18th, April 17th, May 17th, and Aug 15th. The customer logged onto their account on May 17th to skip their June and July shipments. The same access to skip shipment is also the same location to cancel subscriptions. An email is sent out to all consumers 5 days before the scheduled shipment date of the subscriptions with a link to their subscription page to make any changes. This email was sent on Aug 11th and was opened by the consumer. The consumer refused the delivery from the May 17th shipment date that was sent via DHL (USPS) on tracking # **********************. When a package is refused, it is returned to our shipping facility, but we are not notified. We processed a refund for the May shipment that was refused in the amount of $35.67. The shipment that was sent on August 16th via DHL USPS on tracking # ********************** shows delivered on August 21st. If you would like a refund of this shipment, you would need a return authorization number and provide us with the tracking # via UPS/FEDEX, and once received a refund would be processed. Please reach out to us at [email protected] for an authorization number. We have cancelled the consumers subscription so there will not be any more shipments sent. However, for future use, please use the following steps to access and/or cancel your subscription.  We can also always be reached at [email protected] and by calling 800-848-2542 which is also listed on our website, in our emails, and on our products. 

      To access your subscription from a computer:  
      Log into your account 
      Click the person icon in the top right-hand corner. 
      Click 'My subscriptions' on the left-hand side. 

      To access your subscriptions from a smartphone:  
      Log into your account 
      Click the person icon in the top right-hand corner. 
      You will see 'Order History' at the top. 
      Click the arrow to the right and you can scroll to click 'My subscriptions.' 

      To cancel your subscription once you are on this page you will: 
      Click ‘EDIT’  
      Then scroll to the bottom, and underneath Save Changes you will click ‘Deactivate Subscription’ in red.  
      Select a reason for Deactivating and then click ‘Continue.’ 
      Final page you will click ‘Deactivate’ one more time and your subscription is canceled.

      I have a subscription with this company. I have tried to cancel it multiple times now on their website and have been unable because the system is down. I chatted with them and they said I just had to try again when it was up. I then tried again a week later and the chat went fully ignored despite showing someone on. I called and finally received an agent named Corey and he said he could not help me on his end that they have no way of cancelling on their side. And the system is down. They keep charging me for this product I do not want. Complete scam.

      Yes, our subscription service was down intermittently during the month of June. During this time, our ability to cancel, update or make changes to any subscriptions was limited due to updates to our site. Those impacted directly were issued free subscriptions for the month and were sent an email explaining that we were not charging for June subscriptions. After reviewing your account, we see that your subscription was sent to you on June 9, 2022 at no charge and that an email was sent to you the same day communicating that we would not be charging you as well. No further orders will be sent or charged to you.
