We purchased a Quadra-Fire CB1200I Pellet Insert stove from All Basics, LLC on 10/23/2020. We used the stove over the winter and per there "next service recommendation" we had them come back last month (September 2021) for a yearly inspection/cleaning. The technician stated he was surprised how much rust was inside the stove and door given it's less than 1 year old. He took pictures and brought them back to the store. All Basics, LLC thought it was significant enough to replace 2 parts (baffles + pot) under warranty. I have tried dealing with the business directly to replace the entire stove but they are stating it's an "environmental" issue and not their issue. The chimney is 100% dry (verified on 9/30/20 and 10/23/20 by All Basics, LLC) and I also sent pictures to them of the chimney cap proving there are no water issues coming from there as well. Why are the 2 parts being replaced under warranty and not the entire unit?Business response
