            Occured on 8/01/24 Spent ******** Got a state inspection which required new brakes to be installed. I'm not sure if I requested a tire rotation or not. When I got the car back I noticed a wobble noise and feeling. Waited 2 days to see if it would fix itself. Went to a different place to get my tires rotated and balanced. They noticed my front tires were on backwards, which cause the wobble and wore my tires tremendously.

            To reply to *********** B, they are still mailing these out. I received one of these letters in the mail and my instincts said its not real. I called and talked to ****** who told me I did not need to buy a car for Autofair to buy my car for $25,313 from the letter. So I went into the dealership, handed over my keys and they assessed by vehicle. Their first offer was $18,800. I of course said no I want the deal in the letter, $25,313. I wish I remembered her name but she said I could only get that $25,313 deal if I bought a car from them. After I said no she immediately raised her offer to $20,500. I again said its not what the letter says. She walked away for a few minutes and came back with $21,500. I told her if its not $25,313 then we are not going to make a deal. She went to get my keys and before I left offered $22,000 and I again said no. How is it that she started at $18,800 and then ended at $22,000. Long story short I wasted 2 hours of my life when I was told by someone on the phone I did not have to buy a car. This is the second time I've had bad experiences with Autofair Volkswagen and the last time I will step foot into their showroom.
