The team of Ducharme Tree Service of Merrimack NH led by Bobby D******* are top notch in their quality of work. After having not so favorable experiences with some tree services in past years, we checked out this tree company who had done great work in our area with good reviews. We are beyond pleased we did! We also believe in supporting and giving back to our veterans when we can. Bobby and his entire team demonstrate how much pride and enjoyment they take in their work. Bobby was able to think out of the box when faced with a questionable situation. He showed amazing tactile strategies for a difficult area maintaining a calm demeanor. He and his team work similar to that of a well oiled machine demonstrating mutual respect of each other. All were neat in appearance, personable, polite and good spirited open to answering our questions displaying very good job related knowledge/experience and sharing it freely with us. At the start Bobby spent time with us on what we wanted done, giving a free estimate quote and forward, stayed true to the work and his quoted rate. We had excellent communication with Jena in the office who dealt smoothly with electric utility glitches and date changes working with us and our schedules. We as well as our friends could barely tell three trees had been here after the stumps were ground and all had departed. Our yard and areas were left neat as a pin. As we watched the sky open up and the trees removed it was like watching artists at work create on a canvas. We are beyond pleased. A job well done leaves the recipients with a feeling of peace and contentment. It was an honor for George and I to have you Bobby , Jena and the team help us complete this project and we highly recommend you to anyone looking for your services.
