    WOW, wished I saw this before hiring Paul...She is spot on except also stating he is a chain smoker. At most he will work 20-30 hours a week and most of that time is smoking or talking on the phone. He has about 20 different things all going on at the same time in my house and not even completed a single one. He just stopped coming or returning any calls or texts...complete ghost and off to his next victim to scam. Stay as far away from this person you will regret it if you hire him.

    That's very unfortunate that you feel that way *****.
    Your job was done at time and material, per your request. I did not pick and choose the tasks to be completed, I did as you asked on a day to day basis, though I attempted NUMEROUS TIMES to explain you where opening to many cans of worms at once.
    I have expresses dozens of times over the last year, we don't typically perform time and material; as it doesn't afford the business to pay its bills. I feel I was nothing short of kind and respectful at every turn, while being adamant about only being able to work at your home where and when the schedule provides. That has been totally fine for over a year, I have NOT ONCE heard a SINGLE complaint from you in a YEAR.
    You where well aware that we are booked solid this fall, and are now upset im not abandoning paying clients to take care of your needs.
    You refused to sign your 2021 contract for time and material services, I let it slide; and you stole from me.
    You chose to refuse to pay your bill at our standard labor rate(s), that you where well aware of; costing us a loss of revenue.
    You Chose on several occasions to have me pick up materials for your home, and refused to pay for the time and travel in doing so.
    You refuse to spend the time and money to do anything %110, than get upset when it's not what you want.
    Much like the client you've made mention of, we typically WALK AWAY when people choose to blatantly steal from us; as any contractor would and should.
    I've had to listen to you make fun of cheating the cleaning lady out of $30 over and over.... It's no surprise we're here unfortunately.
    We have accommodated everything you've asked us to whenever we have worked at your home. That's the bottom line.
    If my services where so awful, why where you begging to get us back there just last week?
    This is a thinly vailed attempt to kick and scream, because someone told you "NO".
    I guess it's not ironic, the only two people who have STOLEN from me in 10 years, are the only 2 bad reviews I've ever had.
    Bottom line, you where a time and material client, who was taking available days when we had them. To now complain about our services A YEAR LATER, is sad at best. You where made aware this spring, that we where buried this fall.

    This mysterious contract that I never received to sign. Your main issue is communication and how you are really bad at it. For someone that is on the phone as much as you all day you would think you could respond instead of ignoring. You went on vacation and had Ben come work here for 3 days. You jacked his hourly up without even saying a thing. What am I suppose to do just pay you anything you want and not question a thing. The snowblower you got from across the street and locked to a tree in my front yard 6 months ago is still here even after me asking you 50 times to please get it out of my front yard.

    As far as the cleaning lady she gets $30 and hour and gets paid accordingly. Same as what you should as well.

    I never begged for anything from you only kept you to what you said you would do, like show up to work and you never came or said anything. I paid you in a timely manner every single week and always tried to maintain a line of communication on what I wanted or expected. I have $7000 in materials sitting here that you had me buy that never got used.

    I cleared the air with you and you said you understood but I guess not. I texted you to fix things and you did not do what you should. I treated you and your daughter like family and all you did was stab me in the back. I considered you a friend and not just a person here to work for me. It is sad and I never wanted to do this but because of the way you treated me I was forced to say something.
