Kokko property management is a joke of a company! They don't want to do anything other than what benefits them as a company they're not looking out for the property or the building which is falling apart and have sent in many pictures of the rot on the outside and nothing has been done about it! Let me tell you how when you call they don't call you back if you call to many times they tell you you can't call anymore! Then you email never get responses back I guess running a business you don't need to reply to emails? Next our board is made up of Bob k***** wife which is 100% a conflict of Interest because he owns half the units in the building and is our property manager and is our plow guy and one other guy! You have to have three people on the board at all time. The last lady retired and they are claiming She voted but when I spoke to the lady she told me that no she retired and was no longer on the board and never voted so I called Andrea k**** and when I talked to her and asked her to show me proof that the lady voted she told me to get a lawyer! They have seen to forget that they work for us and they don't want to admit that and when we told them that we don't need their services anymore they just won't quit, because this is a job not a charity! The only way to fire them is you have to get half the building (OWNERS) to sign a petition stating that we no longer want them but it's impossible because they own half the units in the building so there is no possible way to get rid of them.
