            On May 1, 2018 Certified Chimney Inspections came to the attention of BBB as a result of inquiries and customer reviews submitted to our office.

            After receiving returned mail, BBB confirmed that this company is not at the address provided, 16 Progress Ave, Nashua, NH 03062. BBB tried to verify this company's location through the state of New Hampshire; however, we did not find the company registered with the New Hampshire Secretary of State.

            BBB checked the website, www.certifedchimneyinspections.com, to determine when it was created and where it was registered. The website was created on January 7, 2016 and registered in Deer Park, NY.

            On May 1, 2018 BBB sent an email to Certified Chimney Inspections with the following questions:
            -Describe the basic structure of the business (management names, company location(s), phone numbers, email address, entity, etc.)
            -Describe your products/services in detail
            -Provide copies of any contracts or brochures your company uses
            -Provide names of satisfied customers

            BBB did not receive a response. This notice was later re-sent via mail to the address in Deer Park, NY listed as the website registrant's address. BBB has not received a response to that letter.
