9-19-2023 ONE TOOTH FILLED I Paid 91.60 at the time of service. ***** Dental paid them 100.80 and stated I should have paid 25.20. 91.60-25.20 = $66.40 I stopped at the office later and they agreed I was due a refund. As of today ***** could not reach billing at ND&B 603-717-3500 after trying three timesCustomer response

Attached are papers that show what I paid after treatment and before ***** sent me information as to what I should have paid. A re4fund of $60+ is due.

I have not hear from the Dentistry & Braces Company. Since I contacted you.
***** can't seem to reach booking.
I see that you can't reach them.

This correspondence is in reference to a patient complaint made by Mr. ***** ********** In the complaint, the patient requested a refund. The refund was processed today, December 12th, 2023.
Please provide confirmation of refund to BBB.

Better Business Bureau:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 2091****, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. I checked with my bank, and the funds were credited to my account. 12-11-2023

This is the latest info. I was expecting a $66.40 refund that was posted on my card 12-11-23, Today find that I was charged on 12-13-23 for the $66.40
So no refund was made. The bank looks at this as a wash. The card company can not fix it.
This goes back to Sept 19th when I was over charged for a dental procedure. Please help.
