My mother had an appointment on November 15, at 12pm where the Dr promised her to fix a tooth that was damaged and make some cosmetics procedure that would cover a missing tooth. The Dr assured that it will be a high quality material and they will resolve all the issues my mother has. It did sound too good to be true but we were impressed by the friendly environment and the price they established (~$850). In one week, my mother almost chocked when she realized that whatever that dr put on her teeth came out and almost killed her. She could tell that the materials the dr used were very poor quality and my mother was unable to chew solid food and it also caused some pain. She had a follow up appointment scheduled on November 29, at 11:30AM and the dr was annoyed and rude to her asking "what do you think I would do to you for that price?" They charged her with another $250 upfront before she was able to get to the dr office. My mother was very upset and felt that this place simply used her for profit and obviously, they did not care what they do as long as they get pay for the poor performance they committed. I tried to contact the dr again after all, but she refused to talk to me and her receptionist hang up on me. This place is nothing but a scam and I am willing to bring it up to the Medical Board to ensure these people do not have the license to keep scamming people going forwardBusiness response

****** was indeed seen at our office as stated on the dates listed, for emergency treatment that she needed at that time. Due to the patient's privacy with health protected information, I can not elaborate on specifics of her treatment. The material & methods that we use in our office, follow the guidelines for proper use in the dental field to address patient's needs for tooth replacement. Different types of materials are used for temporary and permanent solutions. Although materials are made for certain circumstances, they do not always work in all the scenarios presented as there are many factors that can affect a material failing.
We are an office that takes great pride in providing the best dental care for our patients. Thus, not only exceptional care but also a friendly environment for patients to come to. I am really sorry that Ms. ****** had a bad experience at our office. I would have no issue in issuing her a refund for the money she paid for our dental treatment.
Please advise on how you would like to proceed from this.
