They continued to bill me after the 6 months even though I went into the gym in person and followed all their rules, signing a notice I do not intend to continue personal training beyond the original 6 months.             Horrible. Used to be my favorite place to work out, too. The club manager is just awful. The worst thing about the gym. Extremely customer unfriendly and is incredibly cold towards hardship situations. I would not reccomend this gym if you prefer a management that actually cares, rather than how much money they can pull out of its members by trapping them into commitments and cancelation fees.

            ****** called into the club on 9/28/2021 inquiring about canceling his membership. His membership was 2 months past-due at that time. Per the terms of his membership agreement, he is responsible for paying any past-due balance in order to cancel his membership. All memberships are subject to a 30-day notice which may be provided by visiting the club or by mailing a signed letter to the club. This member was already 2 months past due when he initially inquired about canceling, so the balance will not be waived.

            I should not have to worry about cancelling a gym membership while 2 of my immediate family members were either terminally ill at the time or passed away. You have predatory business tactics and seem like you are only about the money. I will not be reacting my review and have already told several friends to leave as well. Do I need to involve a lawyer here? 🤔
