My son purchased his first "real car" at Tulley Mazda. The lack of customer service was appalling! They said his car would be ready at the end of the week. They didn't even have the title! It took 3 weeks before we could pick up the car. And this was a problem because his car failed inspection and it was not worth repairing.I asked for a list of what the extended warranty covered, they said they would call me and tell me. I asked for a document. They said one did not exist. Huh? I finally got a document but given the poor customer service, I would NEVER purchase anything from them.After we signed the paperwork, the finance guy was useless. He would not return a phone call or text or email! They said they would repair 2 scratches on my son's car. They ended up sending him a small bottle of paint after 4 weeks. That is NOT what they promised!Overall communication was terrible. One guy, ***, did step up when all others failed. I went to a dealership because I thought buying a car from them would be a better experience than going to some shady place that only had 10 cars on the lot. I was 100% wrong! I need to buy a new GMC truck and would have considered them, but given the absolute WORST "customer service" I ever imagined, I wouldn't buy a bottle of water from these guys! I advise others to stay away! I should have looked on the BBB website BEFORE I even walked into their showroom (with the emphasis on SHOW because that is all you get)!Tulley Buick/GMC Trucks/BMW/Mazda Response

*****, You are correct, we had a oversight with our titling on the vehicle your son purchased. Knownig that transporation was a concern, we supplied alternative transportation until the title situation was resolved. I cannot speak to the miss-communication regarding warranties. However i'm glad to hear you spoke with ***. Thank you for recognizing ***, *** does a great job with our clients. In regard to the paint; we did supply a paint stick w/ instructions to your son. We explained that we already touched up the scratches and that he would need to apply another coat of paint after the intial coat we applied. Tulley bmw of Manchester had me sign papers take my rental drop it off with my 9 ye old so I could pay 50 to Uber back to them and when I got there the finance guy who is the most inconsiderate *** .. tells me sorry can’t do anything tonight . I said what u told. Me to drop my rental off and to come back to finish deal . Because I work for nursing staffing agency and can provide proof of pay with bank statements he said the bank wouldn’t accept.? Funny they did in Nashua . You think my seller Kaitlyn would have come to see what’s going on ? Nope they told me leave . I had my 9 yr old with me and now no car standing in parking lot with not one of these employees doing a thing besides all getting in their cars and leaving . That place disguste me . I’m a nurse and I help people everyday . These people literally didn’t even offer me a loaner car until it got figured out they left me and my daughter outside where I had to go pay another 50 for another Uber and try to get a rental place that was open to get a car . They will never in my life see me step foot in Tulley again and I highly suggest to anyone considering Tulley . DONT they have zero respect for people , I sent a text to my seller and she never responded and the when I said to Dave or whoever that ignorant ruthless guy was in finace what am I suppose to do .? You guys told me to drop my car off and now I have nothing he says oh well I dunno figure it out . I have never in my life been so mislead and what kills me the most not one of them cared . They locked up and left me and my daughter in parking lot while we had to wait outside In dark for Uber to come get us . That is a fine example of how that place doesn’t care anything about their customers all they care about is dollar signs . I highly suggest NOBODY go there . Customer went to our Nashua location and looked at a vehicle before coming to Manchester. In Manchester she told us she had looked in Nashua but was more interested in the Manchester vehicle as it was cheaper. She agreed to the price of the Manchester vehicle, filed out the purchase and sales along with the credit application in order to purchase the vehicle. She was informed that we were a little backed up for finance and that there would be a wait. She decided to go and return her rental during that time and Uber back to the dealership. This was not suggested by anyone at Tulley and was entirely her own decision. She arrived back at the dealership at 5pm and the front doors were locked as technically we are closed, however the side door was unlocked and we were awaiting her return. The bank had finally came back with a credit response to her deal and she was invited to sit with the business manager. He explained that the bank is requiring Proof Of Income (POI) for the approval and asked her for a copy of a pay stub. She stated she couldn't provide a pay stub or a W2 for the prior year. She said she could provide 3 months of bank statements. It was explained that we couldn't let her take the car home until the bank verified that they would accept bank statements and that hers met the income requirement. She got very upset and stormed out of the building. Later it was revealed that the reason the bank required proof of income is because she listed her income differently on the credit app that she completed in Nashua versus the one she completed in Manchester. The bank caught that as a red flag and then requested the proof of income.Review from David G

Typical bait and switch.. They suck you in by telling you the exact car you’re interested in is available but when you get there by appointment you end up with a random sales person and that car doesn’t exist. Instead they tell you that you need to upgrade to a more expensive car to get all the options that the car you saw on line had. The first car they showed me had a damaged hood and it. road awful. So I did eventually find a car I liked for more money but when it came to talking numbers the payment was too high. My salesman went back to his manager and came back with their best offer.. Well they gave me more for my car and took money off the new car supposedly but in the end the final finance amount was exactly the same..?? The online vehicle information is a direct feed from Mazda. Unfortunately, they still have the sunroof/moonroof checked off as included. The vehicle invoice shows the delete and the credit, but we agree this is difficult to see. We worked hard to get something near your payment, but you will need to increase the terms to get anywhere near the number you're comfortable with. We're sorry it didn't work out, our intention isn't to waste your time.Review from Taylor H

I ordered my truck back in February and at first it was a pleasant experience, however it slowly became worse and worse over time. I was told at the beginning it might be a month or two before I saw the truck which I was fine with because I was going to be towing my side by side with it this summer. Three months go by and I receive a text from the dealer that the truck I ordered had finally been built and was awaiting shipping. Awesome hurray!!! I was so excited. I asked about appraising the vehicle I currently drove to kinda stream line the process when the truck comes in and I received a odd response that should have been a red flag for me at the time. “Let’s do the appraisal when the truck gets closer.” Why wait it’s not like my vehicle is going to depreciate in value in less than a week or two? Two and a half weeks go by and I ask for an update of what’s going on/ where’s the truck at? That’s when I get the next bad news of your truck has been pulled and put on microprocessor hold…. Oh didn’t you just tell me it was done awaiting shipping?? This was at the beginning of July just for a time reference. Finally after waiting till the beginning of September with still no eta update I contacted gmc themselves for possibly a timeline update and their response was that the dealer had the resources to give me an updated eta. Hmmm and it was at this point that I decided to take my business else where and I ended up buying a truck from ***** in concord. I spent more for a nicer truck which I didn’t mind because the customer service was fantastic so good that I referred my friend as well who also ended up buying a truck there. But wait there’s more… I asked Tulley for my reservation deposit back and I have yet to get a response from them. Hi ******. we're sorry about this situation. I believe the sales person reached out to you about the deposit return, that is in process and you will receive it soon. We should have kept in closer communications with you throughout the process, my apologies again for that. The information we have is all that GM gives us. The flow of information and updates has been very slow and very inconsistent from GM, but again we should have been reaching out to you either way. We haven't seen that unit arrive on our lot as I type this. Although we hate to lose business in any situation, I'm glad you were able to find and purchase a truck that you will enjoy. Would not recommend. I have been for 2 separate service appointments recently. The first was for shaking at both a low and a high speed. I was told they didn't feel anything and they did a transmission flush because I must be mistaking the feeling. The second was for a new "clunk" in the front end. Very obvious. Again I was told they didn't hear anything and they "tightened" some stuff because I have undercoating which can make things loose. Surprise surprise this did not fix the noise. I have called to speak with the manager and just keep getting told I will get a call back by the end of the week... which has yet to happen. Essentially they lied to be and tried to steal my money. 1. They tried to convince me they had the best deals in the region yet I found the same year make and model with half the miles and two more features at another dealer 2. I signed a refund form and a week later I have no refund. I had to call my bank and chargeback back the $10,000 I put down 3. They were unable to tell me what is required to register a car under my business in NH and when I said I need to go to town hall to find out, they pushed me to just buy the car and figure it out later 4. They were unable to tell me what information to put on the finance application so I offered them cash. They then refused to sell me the car. 5. Told me I could not finance the car remotely and would have to return yet I had no problem doing it by Fedex with the other dealer. 6. They told me a dealer cannot register a car in NH I had to do it myself. The dealer told me they would take care of it via a service they use I could go on and on however suffice it to say these people are slick used car salesmen who will manipulate the truth and lead with alternative facts. The dealer I ended up going with was a wonderful experience and wrapped the deal up in a few hours where I wasted 3 days with these people.Review from Janarda P

I thought this was going to be a great experience got a car i wanted but only had the car for two weeks and even before the two weeks the car was giving me issue when i brought the car in to get it looked at came to find out what i thought was wrong which is the breaks and rotators were bad but also to find out that i had break fluid leaking! and no break fluid can lead to not being able to use your breaks and pretty much getting into an accident. I purchase the vehicle on 7/27 and its not 8/18 and they finally looked at the car yesterday 8/17 not only that couldve give me my car back because the parts were not available. they didnt even give me a loaner or a rental until today 8/18 and thats only because my car is still yet fixed. at this point i dont even want the car because you let me drive with an unsafe car not only me but my family, my children, so if i would've never went in yesterday who knows what would've happen to me or my family while being in that car. I told them i dont want the car cause who know what else is wrong with it. not only that but you put an inspection sticker and let me drive off with the car! I feel like i was played, i pay almost 900 a month for this car for only two weeks to go by and already having issue. i spoke with the manager pretty was nice rude and told me theres nothing they can do but get me into another vehicle with another loan which means more money out of my pockets, and told me flat out no there nothing i can do about it and my car will get fixed and i can come back for it. but i sholuld be okay right because your paying for it, as you should ! because its your employees that messed up not me. Now I am taken this into action because there has to be a way to get out of this car especially after the embarrassment i just faced. so a good sales day that wouldve had a 5 star rating turned into a 1 star. quite honestly if i can give them 0 stars thats what they would get. they only care about themselves and the sales i deintely wont ever go back to them for another car or refer anyone.Tulley Buick/GMC Trucks/BMW/Mazda Response

*******, Thank you for your review. Although we hope to get 5 start reviews each and every time, we know that is not realistic. It's important that we are made aware of the good and the not so good so we can constantly make changes to improve. We're so sorry you experienced this issue with your new vehicle. This is a perfect example why we perform a vehicle check on every vehicle that enters our service departments. Brake rotors can warp due to the extreme heat they experience with normal braking applications. Although this was a stressful situation for you, we're very pleased that the leak was noticed and repaired. The brake system in today's vehicles have redundancy so the driver will not lose the ability to stop the vehicle, although it would be somewhat diminished. We stand behind every vehicle we sell and it's important that our customers are confident of that. We're glad you can now enjoy your new vehicle and hope to see you in the future. DO NOT do business with thethis dealership!! Tully GMC in Nashua is the definition of an unethical business practice dealership. Tried to purchase a vehicle and constantly got the runaround, and changing stories about "Sales Manager authorization", etc. Finally got to the point of agreeing on price (which was FULL PRICE minus the $1000 factory incentive), filling out all the paperwork, providing Drivers License, and putting down a deposit which hit my credit card instantaneously. Left messages for the next 3-4 days confirming everything was in order, etc. with no reply. Finally got through on the 4th day and they said they sold the car to someone else. No other explanation. They had my paperwork and deposit for 3-4 days, but that doesn't mean anything with this dealership. Don't trust them!! Went to another dealership a week later and got the transaction done in one day with no runaround, straight talk and a significantly better price.Tulley Buick/GMC Trucks/BMW/Mazda Response

This was a very unfortunate error on our part. We actually had a contract on the vehicle prior but the sales person wasn't notified. No excuse, just sorry it happened. We've been in business since 1957 and understand our customers are why we are still here. We're very sorry to have placed a client in this position.
