    BBB opened an investigation on Floralmoda, an on-line retailer, on October 25, 2021 as the result of a complaint being filed. BBB has subsequently received six (6) written complaints within a six-week period of time. Consumer complaints allege that after purchasing their products, for which they were charged, they either never received promised "tracking numbers" and/or their products, or were unable to have any contact with the company to inquire about their purchase.

    The phone number on the website is not the "business" number but rather connects to "GoDaddy", the website registration company. It is the same phone provided by another alleged fraudulent company.

    All consumer complaints were only able to provide a partial address for the business of "Bud Way, Nashua".

    After investigating the business's website (URL), BBB discovered the website for Floralmoda has a Chinese Registrant and the country of registration is listed as Canada. Attempts to contact the company by email but has received no response.

    After researching the NH Secretary of State's Office, BBB was unable to find a business registered in New Hampshire by the name of Floralmoda.

    BBB has continued to receive a very high number of scam reports since the beginning of the COVID pandemic. Numerous scammers are using New Hampshire addresses that either do not exist or do not house businesses.

    I ordered 3 pair of sandals from the website Floralmoda which is a online clothing store. I made this transaction at the begining of March. to date I have been going back and forth with floralmoda by email only since they do not have a phone number to contact them. When I ordered the sandal it took floralmoda 2 weeks to let me know the items were out of stock. I then asked them to exchange the sandals for something else they then asked me to provide a product code for the items I want. I informed them that their products do not have a product code only name and style of what I wanted I sent them the name and style of items I wanted. They then sent me and email indicating that since I contacted my bank I would have to reorder the sandals, I sent them an email indicating that I did not contact my bank to reverse the charges. So in closing, I never received the merchandise nor was my money refunded which is $67.00. I will probably never get my money back and will warn others to never ever shop with this online merchant

    There is not a star on here to even rate this company. Which would be no stars at all. I ordered shoes on May 25th and still have yet to receive them as it is now July 3rd. No means to track your order. It does give the option, but no information populate when you click on the link. I had to email the company only to receive a bogus/ felonious response that they have been so busy but they would be sending them out. Contact was made via email to them June 24th and again it is July the 3rd and I still have yet to receive my merchandise that was paid for. DON'T EVER order from this company fraudulent.
