On November 11, 2021,I hired ******* M**** of ***** Construction Services to complete a home renovation project. The scope of the work included demo, insulation of interior walls and crawl space, drywall, bathroom shower&fixture install/plumbing, new floor, drywall and finish work. After several weeks of work, I was not satisfied with the progress or execution and management of the work, so I fired *******. Upon hiring a new, reputable company (they are hired to conduct peer reviews and reports for insurance companies) to complete my renovation, assessment of the property indicated that there were several fundamental/structural issues with the work done by Richard M**** i.e floors incorrectly leveled and posts not secured under the home, drywall not bumped out properly or secured to studs,new studs not adequately screwed into place, new framework not secured for closets, supporting walls removed without additional support being added, shower not installed properly or fully insulated, window installed incorrectly and trim work was discarded that I wanted to reuse. All this work needs to be redone in order to complete my home renovation properly. I sent this info with details and photos to *******, requesting a partial refund for the rework. I have not received a response from contractor to resolve things after multiple attempts. I need help getting this contractor to contact me so we can come to an agreement about a partial refund for the disaster of a job he did and disruptive inconvenience he has caused me.
