On 2/17/2022 I applied for a loan with Harbour Capital. The lender Alex L*** never informed me of the interest rate in writing. Just over the phone that it would be 6% and not the 17% I was charged. I also asked if there was any pre-payment penalty which I was told NO. Then I find out the loan agreement that I was told to sign was a E.F.A agreement which states that I can pay off the loan anytime but I would have to pay all the interest also during the payoff even if paying off next month. I was never made aware of this with all my emails and phone call with Alex L*** their Senior Account Executive. The loan was for $75,000 and now the payoff is $102,000. Loan plus interest for the full term of the loan. I tried calling back Alex L*** several times and he never returns my call. This is a very unethical company to work and I fully recommend never dealing with this company.Business response
