      I purchased this new Sig Sauer P229 Legion from Academy and then purchased a Romeo-X *** red dot sight from Marksmen Firearms who mounted it for me. I fired a hundred rounds of 9mm and the thing jammed 10 times. I disassembled it and the slide drags during about the last 1/3 of the return distance. I suspect that the slide is dragging as the slide travels over the firing pin retainer. I love the gun and would like to get it fixed. Does Sig Sauer have a local firearms repair facility or can they pay to have it shipped to Sig and repaired?

      I purchased a sig 226 elite a few days ago and instead of coming with 3 226 magazines it came with one and two sig 229 magazines which clearly do not fit.I'd like this issue resolved as I spent a 1200 on the gun just to get shorted on the magazines

      I am asking the Sig Sauer company to stand behind their product. The new gun I purchased is so tight I can bearly rack it. I have reached out to the company three times over a few weeks and have not received any response. I was told the gun needed to be oiled which I did. I was told the gun needed to be racked to break it in, which I did. There is still absolutely no change in this gun. Something is wrong with this gun and I want it fixed. The gun is supposed to be operational and it is not. There is no way I could rack this gun even in an emergency and that defeats the purpose of having a weapon for protection.

      I purchased a SigSauer Optics Romeo 4xT Pro red dot sight. Upon arrival, the sight is very blurry and distorted. I have astigmatism in my eyes which can sometimes cause this. Upon opening the sight and realizing this, I immediately repackaged the optic and contacted sigsauer about the issue. They stated there was nothing they could do, and that under no condition do they accept returns, and then hung up on me.

      Apologies for this experience, a label will be issued for alternatives or refund.  As someone who also has an astigmatism, I would look into LPVOs as a great option.

      Sig Sauer has been deceptively “increasing” its prices only to then advertise the holiday sales with barely any discount given. This happened specifically with the Romeo M17. It was listed at $1k with a “sale” bringing it down to $750ish when the optics MSRP is $800. They are also charging more for a “blemished” item vs a new one.

      I purchased a Sig Sauer P-365 X-Macro less than a year ago. I’ve put less than 500 rounds through the handgun. Now, the trigger spring has broken. I would like a new, improved trigger spring and a monetary reimbursement for a product that is inoperable that I I should trust the safety of my family and myself. This will be the last Sig Sauer I purchase, and as a US Air Force member, I will spread this information to fellow service members.

      I bought an sig sauer 716 at a cost of 1400$. I was having accuracy problems with the rifle. When I broke it down for cleaning I discovered the bolt carrier had a manufacturers defect. I sent the defective part back in for replacement. They refused to replace or even attempt a repair.

      I bought a Sig Sauer P226 9mm pistol on 15 Sept. 2023. The gun is horribly inaccurate, the most inaccurate pistol I have ever shot, I am almost 70 years old and am an avid bullseye shooter. I have a Sig 210 which is very accurate but this Sig P226 is clearly defective. I called Sig to get a shipping label so I can send the gun in for repair. The person who I spoke to told me they'd check the gun and if it shoots even to a sub quality, mediocre 2" group at 10 yards they'd charge me 115.00. First of all, that level of accuracy would have been good 100 years ago so that shows that the management has thrown in the towel on quality control and secondly, I object to Sig attempting to discourage me from using my warranty by implying a $115.00 warranty fee. If I had known that I never would have bought this gun! I am a Patron NRA member and if it weren't for the NRA Sig wouldn't be where they are today believe me.

      On August 22, 2023, I sent a repair request to Sig Sauer for my Tango MSR. This was a brand new 2 thousand dollar optic and it the zoom in/out dial was just stuck for some reason. Anyways...I drop this off with FedEx, and about 13 days later, no movement at all on the package. I checked the tracking and it says "unable to be delivered, multiple shipping labels on the box". I have no idea how this happened...not my problem anyways. I then contacted my representative assigned to help me, Erin S****, and long story short, Erin ignored my requests for a FedEx investigation. I sent him screenshots showing the package was unable to be delivered, and he replied "that's not what it shows on my screen". Yeah, because you didn't click 'tracking history'. Erin then told me to wait 1 day, and if it still has not moved afterwards...he would start a claim. Lo and behold, the package does not move because it says UNABLE TO BE DELIVERED. I ask Erin to start the claim...he ignores me. I ask him again the next day, he ignores me again. So, now I have been waiting 3 days for Erin to start a FedEx claim and he is simply just ignoring me. I am out a $2k dollar scope, FedEx loses it, and Sig customer service just ignores me after. That is FREAKING awesome customer service right there! I will never shop with Sig again, and I'll make sure to let everyone know my story too. Sig deserves a hit to their reputation for this. The tracking number is ************
