              I have weekly trash pick up by WIN Waste Innovations. Service is billed quarterly ahead of time. I received my 7/1- 9/30/24 quarterly bill on 7/8/24. It was dated 7/1/24. The bill reflected a $15 increase for quarterly service. I called to cancel service due to this increase. I was told I must pay for all of July and at the higher rate. Trash was picked up July 6. I do not feel I should have to pay for all of July. I would be willing to pay for one pick up at the old rate. WIN Waste informed me that if I did not pay for all of July at the new rate they would contact credit agencies. Alternatively, if I did not cancel, they would return my service to a previous rate ( to match a local competitor), however I had to pay the full quarterly invoice at the new rate. I would then see a credit for the difference on my 10/1-12/31/24 invoice. At no point, prior to the 7/1 bill did WIN Waste informed customers of a pending increase and allow them the opportunity to cancel. They are just billing, and in some cases like mine, assuming I would be ok paying more and performing the service at the unauthorized higher rate then threatening credit ramifications if I did not pay.

              This company is ridiculous. I do not recommend you to work with these people. They keep charging all kind of fees to my credit card I just realized due to a payment didn't go trough from my credit card. If there is not and issue I wouldn't probably realize they would keep charging. There is $108 fuel charge $525 service fee plus $200 overage fee for, $52environmental fee I doeven know what the heck is that so they are charging me $888 for a month. I got suspicious and got an other quote from different company today it is flat fee $325 a month Also one month didn't go trough from credit card and they are trying to charge me $988 late fee for it I spoke with someone from their office the guy is very rude fighting with me over the phone. Where is the government. Why they don't check on this people ripping others what is happening? I am going to reach out every single place I can about this people. They told me that if I don't pay all these ******** they put a lien on my business. This is a rubbery!
