To whom it may concern,
I am sorry to hear that ****************** is unsatisfied with his purchase. However, his claims are unfounded and inaccurate, and we will not be able to accept his request to provide such a refund. This bike was not advertised with a new headlight, nor did we replace the starter, nor did we reuse a faulty wiring clip, nor did we advertise the bike as having no aftermarket parts. It was also sold as-is with no warranty at a price significantly less than he is asking for in refund.Though sold as-is, it was inspected and test driven prior to sale. The results of this process were and still are published on our website listing as follows:

This website listing clearly states the bike being sold as-is, has no mention of newheadlights, a published repair order shows no repairs to the starter or headlights, and in two places lists several aftermarket parts. Ill also provide a copy of the sales agreement and a signed copy of the as-is disclosure. In addition, the bike was sold below current market value and is still significantly cheaper than any other 2012 HD FLHTK on Cycle Traders website within a nominal radius. At the time it left our building, it had a fully functioning starter and lights. With a current JD Power/NADA retail book value of $11,565 and an accurate website listing, its clear that we did nothing to over inflate the value of this bike.
As a gesture of goodwill to ******************, we will be willing to pick up his bike and inspect these issues/concerns at no charge.Initial Complaint

I purchased a bike off this company (see the receipt). The company assured me prior to purchase that they could ship the bike to me in WA and provided good feedback and customer service UNTIL I made the purchase. They then gave the bike to Haulbikes, a company with a 1star rating on BBB, who originally said they'd deliver between Sept 1 - 3 2021. After hearing nothing I've been chasing up and no word as to if and when bike can be delivered to me. I've tried multiple times to contact National Powersports Dist about the fact I've paid them over $7000 to ship a bike that cannot be shipped, and they send no reply. I had no choice over who they gave my bike to, and they don't seem to care that they took my money for something I don't even know if I'll receive. I have no control over shipment, this was all arranged by them. Apparently. I would like Nat Powersports to refund my money, and to stop taking others money for services that cannot be rendered.
