2012 Chrysler Town & Country purchased and financing from ******* ****** Union on August 23rd, 2023. Purchase price was $6.400.00 On 8/23 we agreed that we would obtain our own NH State Inspection sticker. You verbally told us "No problem." On August 25th at 11:25am EST John P*** was contacted via text messages and was sent 2 pictures showing that code P1524 for oil pressure out of range and code P06DD engine oil pressure control circuit off. Check engine light was on. We cannot take the vehicle for inspection sticker with a check engine light on. August 25th at 11:33am EST you responded, " Oil pressure sensor, I'll order it today." and I replied, " ok, let me know when I can bring it in?" August 30th at 8:29 am ESTT I texted you that the check engine light came back on as soon as I began driving it home. You replied, " Get it to the shop and I will figure it out for you.". I brought it back to you after noon time. October 24th, at 11:02am EST I asked if there were any updates on the van. You replied, " The shop just told me it is waiting to go to the Chevy dealer to get reprogrammed and then it shall be all set. November 20th at 9:47am EST I texted John P*** of OnPoint Auto Sales on his cell phone at 603-818-0097 texting a detailed message that I was able to make the appointment at ****** Chrysler and source the part. It was read receipt at 9:50 am EST with NO response. November 20th at 8pm EST I emailed John P*** of OnPoint Auto Sales at onpointautonh@gmail from his business card to try to reach him. I advised John P*** of OnPoint Auto Sales to reply with what his intent is, appointment has been made, part has been sourced. On November 21 no read receipt or response to my email On November 21 I sent a certified copy of my email by USPS. John P*** of OnPoint Auto Sales has been non- respondent since November 3rd, 2023. John P*** of OnPoint Auto Sales has left the vehicle abandoned in the Plaistow NH ******* parking lot since October 16th, 2023.Customer response

Miss ******* purchased this Vehicle back on August 21 2023. A lot of the information she provided you is false. Originally the vehicle was priced at 7850 she tried to get it financed in her boyfriend’s name when that did not work, she asked for a discounted price and said she would finance it in her name.
We explained to her that at the discounted price, the vehicle would be sold as is unsafe from the dealer. She agreed and signed all the necessary paperwork to purchase the vehicle at $6400.
The vehicle ended up having an issue out of the goodness of our hearts, and because we like to help our customers, we spent a substantial amount of money helping this Customer, and instead of thanking us, She got very vulgar and out of control demanding we do this or that, swearing and yelling, So we told John to stop having contact with her altogether..
she spoke with myself, and she also spoke with ******* telling her that she needed to pick up her vehicle and bring it to the dealer to have it reprogrammed. She has not done that she has left It stranded in the ******* parking lot.
since then we have received this complaint and an email from her stating that we stranded the vehicle in ******* parking lot when she was told when she spoke to ******* and to myself that she needed to pick it up.
She also called Bill ****** ***** and acted like she worked for our company and set up an appointment and ordered parts under our name. Which in the state of New Hampshire and Massachusetts is illegal.
we went above, and beyond for Miss *******, We have no problem with helping her out but at this point, I don’t know what else we can do.

Chris T******** contacted me and asked if he could make this right. I agreed to listen to what he had to say. He offered to honor the original agreement to fix the vehicle so that I can get an inspection sticker. As of now the vehicle is scheduled to be serviced at a local dealership on 1/7/24 and we are under the continued belief that it will be repaired and allowing Chris at OnPoint Auto to follow through. There has been no response or contact from the original person John P***. Hopefully we can find resolution on 1/7/24 as I continue to not have a vehicle available to drive.Business response

How are you this morning, we had tried to reach an agreement with ******* and ****. We thought we had done that. we were going above and beyond for a vehicle that was sold as is unsafe from the dealer.
**** just called us this morning and started screaming and yelling, and swearing, and berating us for 20 minutes on the phone. At this point, we will no longer assist them. We have went above and beyond for this customer, but we are people, and we will be treated as such and refuse to be disrespected.we appreciate the Better Business Bureau‘s help on trying to remedy this matter.

I do not accept the business's response as a resolution to my complaint because: The complaint is valid and all supported documentation is available to further pursue this matter.
Unfortunately, the words and actions of the company and its representatives continues to follow the prior behavior of inconsistencies.
I provided them with a deadline of 12/13 for resolution and I am done chatting, calling , emailing , texting and sending certified letters ( which the last one was refused I have given ample time, notifications and patience , I have been kind enough and was accepting of Chris T communication back on 12/8 at 12:43 pm where he stepped up since John P*** stopped communicating back on 11/3 to make things right.
The appointment at ****** Dealership on 12/18 was rescheduled for January 4th. On December 11th Chris T******** told us that there was no appointment for 12/18 and he rescheduled and with intention to send over the payment information to ******.
We followed up by calling on Tuesday 12/12 Chris was out of office Chris called back on 12/13 at 2:30pm and we said the original appointment was canceled because OnPoint auto and its representatives failed to respond to the appointment that was made back on November 17 , the appointment had to be canceled because the part was never ordered or paid for by John P***
Chris requested that we sign documents stating that this was going to be the last repair and the reply was again the vehicle needs to pass inspection.
On 12/13 I contacted ****** to confirm the 1/4 date and their expectations. I was informed that their phone audit trail showed no contact payment information for ordering the part and if payment is not received the 1/4 repair appointment would be canceled again
as you can see further actions of inconsistency in what’s being told to us versus the lack of execution.
Our “ vulgar language “ may be upsetting to them , however this has been over 100 days of contiguous chasing for a vehicle that was expected to pass inspection. It appears to be their crutch for not responding? How. Convenient, it is within my right to be thoroughly beyond disbelief and with significant discourse.
OnPoint Auto and its representatives aforementioned will now have until 5pm 12/15 to follow through with the original verbal and written agreement to fix the vehicle as to pass inspection.
OnPoint Auto ands its representatives aforementioned will now have until 5pm 12/15 to confirm and execute full payment to ****** to order the PCM part $749 plus expected labor of approx $265. It is also required to be stated that ****** is only installing a part based on a diagnosis that OnPoint Auto obtained back on OCTOBER 10, 2023 from ***** electrical located in Manchester NH
In lieu of this there was no diagnosis from the dealer and if the check engine light remains on after they install the PCM it will yet be another stall and failure to fix the vehicle by Onpoint Auto and the aforementioned representatives.
This will be my final attempt to rectify this situation outside of the court system. It’s with a saddening heart during the holiday season to be further victimized by this terrible transaction.
There will be significant consequences with additional expenses and compensation for personal losses and suffering added to such court claim.
Legal council has been consulted and all documents are being reviewed and prepared for next steps
John P*** continues to state today 12/14 at 11:05 am via phone “ we willingly purchased an unsafe vehicle and he looks forward to seeing us in court “.
Sincerely,
***** *******Customer response
