              The company and me agreed that they would deliver and grade 45 yards of top soil to my yard. The price was estimated at 2000 to 2400 depending on the amount of labor involved. They required a deposit of 1200 which i paid on May 2nd. They delivered 8 yards of top soil and graded it and took my 1200.00 check and cashed it. I didnt hear anything for 2 weeks and texted the company and they said they were done. He told me they put 8 yards in and then a few days later he said it was 20 yards that they delivered which is impossible in the truck they delivered it in. He said that they would send me a bill for the remaining money I owe. I told them that they should give me about 400.00 back from my deposit since they did not even come close to delivering the amount of soil that we agreed on. I have the work captured on my Ring home cameras for proof. The company stopped responding to me on May 18th so I am trying to get some help to recover some of my deposit money as well as educate others on the unorthodox business dealings of this company. I would like 400.00 returned to me, i believe this is a very fair amount as they would keep 800.00 for the minimal work they did.
