Ridiculously slow order processing. when you are placing your order, they say orders are processed and shipped within 24-48 hours. After you place the order and your credit card is charged, they say that orders are processed in 3-5 days or possibly longer. When they finally get your order out the door, They use a 1 star rated shipping company called R&L Carriers that is the worst in the business and will likely take several days to deliver if they do at all. I had to drive to their terminal 3.5 hrs each way) to get my pool filter. I would shop elsewhere if you need anything in a reasonable timeframe

Just to clarify, we do not charge a credit card until after the order has shipped. In your case you elected to use Affirm whose rules we need to adhere to. I think your company is pootly run, we could not find a raypak 140k pool heat pump locally. So ordered one from EZ Test pools. First it said free shipping, then we were charged $200 for shipping. The next message I received stated our order was declined I called and received the "old computer programming excuse" it was declined for having a different address for shipping (compared to credit card address.) The person I spoke with said she would speak to a supervisor to get it resolved and someone would get back to me. I never heard from anyone now our customer is getting upset because we have no shipping confirmation or tracking number or no pool heat pump to install. I contacted support again, ànd stated the importance level is very high and we either need the unit shipped or our money back. I received another response, this time the person recapped events: "your card was declined so order was cancelled" NO, IT WASN'T in fact ez test pool supply took the full amount on the invoice total from our account on the 20th April, still no unit shipped, still no money returned. I am wondering if this is a legit supplier. They will be in deep **** if the money isn't returned to the account by the end of the day today. These idiots made us look shady in the eyes of the customer and acted like it was our fault! All we wanted was a heat pump, paid for it, got nothing except excuses.
