Med One is the prescription plan we have. They have continually made it very difficult for my wife and myself to get the medications we need. I have had this issues when my doctor wanted me on ******* for my ADHD and weight concerns. I was never able to get this. I am currently on ******** and when they tried to raise my dose, this was denied. They also refused to refill my medication one time because they thought my blood pressure was high. According to my doctors it was not high. Currently my doctor is trying to change me to ******** hoping it will help my symptoms better. Again they had asked for prior approval and said it could take up to 5 days for approval. It has been more than 5 days and I am close to running out of my ********* They continually make prescriptions very difficult to get. I am also not allowed to use my preferred pharmacy who knows me well. Now for my wife, she has been struggling severely with ************ and ******* syndrome. She had been on ********** for a long time and this caused her some major issues with her bowels. The doctors wanted her off this medication so they prescribed ******** She was being tapered of her ********** and again Med One wanted a prior approval. Again, this could take up to five days. Again, it took more than five days and while she was being tapered off her medications her symptoms increased and she was not able to attend her job as needed and ended up missing some mandatory meetings. We are now waiting to see if she will be fired due to not getting her medications as needed due to Med One repeatedly making it difficult to get the medications prescribed by doctors.
