My son who is 15 years old has fraud on his High School Checking account from the company "Predictable Profits." When calling this "company" they do not have any info on what they actually do and "Charles" the guy who owns the "company" cannot be reached. This is not a legit company and they are illegally accessing checking accounts from minors. This has created so much chaos for us, since we were leaving for Europe in the morning. Luckily, I woke up in the middle of the night and looked at our checking accounts and transferred his money into my checking before they had access to the rest of it. Please look into this company...they are causing such harm, and selling nothing. Please help. Thank youBusiness response

To Whom It May Concern,
Ms. ***** was a victim of fraud. A hacker stole her son's information and attempted to process a charge through our company. We identified the purchase as a fraudulent transaction and refunded the $1.00 payment we received from her son.
I promptly followed up with an email (see attached) making Ms. ***** aware of the situation.
