Previously there were plans that you were aware of to renovate your unit, as you had verbally told us your plans to vacate. Unfortunately the work that needs to be completed is extensive and requires the unit to be vacant. Your plans changed and we worked with you as we thought that you would still be vacating within a few months.
Since that has not been the case, we provided you with a notice to quit and gave you more than the minimum required time to find an alternative housing arrangement. We have also worked out a deal with you in regards to past due payments and have always worked with you when you needed assistance.
We have been in touch with both you and the landscaper in regards to your disagreement. He is a subcontractor and not an employee of ours, but he did provide us with information that we confirmed to show that he is not in violation of any town noise ordinance.
