SMTN and Timeshare ******* Services did a great job for me. I would recommend them to anyone who wants to sell their timeshare.

I recently bought timeshares thru redweek and sell my timeshare. The customer service was night and day. I constantly had to reach out to redweek and am still waiting to complete the process while SMTN kept me constantly updated and made the process much more seamless

When the timeshare finally sold the closing process was easy. The beginning of the process was opaque and somewhat misleading. I tried unsuccessfully to withdraw from the program, SMTN held strictly to their 10 day cancellation policy even though I presented them with what I believed to be misleading information at the enrollment stage.

Everything went extremely well and was done in the timeframe I was made Of aware of, never felt rushed to make a decision,,.,,,,.,, I received all the funds I was promised or originally agreed to

A year or more ago I signed up for sale of a Timeshare to check the validity of this company because I was having a dispute with my Timeshare company. I put up the least of my 3 timeshares as a trial deed for sale. A dispute with my Timeshare company resulted in a freeze of all access to my deeded weeks. This resulted in Maintenance fee build-up due to none access to my deeded weeks which this SMTN sale was to remedy. I received emails from SMTN stating there was interest in my other deeds, but the one I had listed was not good enough. I talked on the phone and they said my current $2000 listing was not good enough and they needed $6000 more to put my other two deeds up for sale which they were assuring was a much better chance of sale. About 4 weeks after withdrawing the $6000 (which I had to borrow), I was informed that the my deeds were being foreclosed on and they could not be sold. I requested the return of the money due to these unusual circumstances and removal of the adds. Their response was that it wasn't their fault and they refused to return any of the $6000 they just took. I do not perceive this as a Better Business considering the extent they took to lure me into an expensive ($8000) proposition which I did not realize had no way to be carried out. I am only asking for a return of the $6000 which is not a viable proposition and can't be carried out.

I contacted ***************************** about purchasing a Shell Vacations property in ******. I was very skeptical about buying a timeshare from the resale market since I had read about many scams associated with timeshares and had heard about "so many people" trying to get rid of them. Being an owner of a Shell Vacations property already, I was somewhat at ease with that company itself while still maintaining a good measure of caution regarding this transaction. Much of my new purchase involved new terms, cost calculations, and title transfer matters. During the several weeks of back-and-forth with *******, he maintained his professionalism and patience with me as I had numerous questions and needed clarity on the process. If you are looking to purchase a timeshare that someone else has no further use for, and wants out of the monthly maintenance fees, ***************************** is a good place to start.

I paid an upfront amount for this company to sell my timeshare. They gave an initial speech over the phone stating they'd list it and the amount they started with had drastically been reduced with the three years that they have done nothing. The last time I spoke with them was the end of May. I told them I'd give them until the end of June. If nothing has been resolved, I'd contact the BBB. Totally disgusted.

Beware. They tell you what you want to hear. I have learned a lot about selling a timeshare over the past year, and the first thing I learned is the guy that sold me on SMTN, lied. I tried to discuss and he quit communicating when I called him out. They get you to sign up, and then all of a sudden you have an "offer", oh but wait, they want to do you a "favor" and confirm it's legit. Well it's not. By now you develop a belief they are here to help, and before you can change your mind, they got you. If you owe money, you're not going to be able to sell it. If ANY company won't do it on a commission basis after the sale, it's because they know it won't sell. This is purely a scam and they truly don't care about you in the least. They post it and leave it. It is up to you to do anything else. Don't learn the way I did. I'm already about to BK myself, and I let them know that, but they only wanted MONEY from someone who doesn't have any. Heartless is the word that comes to mind.

******** and the rest of the company he is with were very professional and courteous throughout this entire transaction. He answered all my questions (which were numerous) thoroughly and very quickly. The transaction went exactly how he said it would. I would highly recommend him and this company. We are pleased with this purchase.
