      I accidentally mailed him a check electronically which he hadnt done any work at my house for years and did not have a matching invoice for that check. My efforts to contact him by physically going to his address, calling him, texting him and email were fruitless as he never replied nor seemed to ever be at his location in *********.

      I contacted Bob A***** of Plumbusters on May 22, 2023 to purchase a water heater and service. According to the quote, we needed to pay half before they set up an appt. We did so and found the next day that medical needs in our family suddenly needed priority and we needed to cancel the process. I called Bob and he said that although the funds were 'pending' from my account, he couldn't cancel. When I repeatedly asked for a refund, he said he had already ordered the materials (although it was the weekend and the money was pending, not sent) and needed to wait until the company gave him the price. He said we still needed to pay the 30% for materials since it had been ordered. We agreed and have been given months of runaround why he has not refunded us at least the portion signed for on the quote, the half payment of $2500, minus 30% of the materials. It is ridiculous that we would have to pay that 30%, but we really need the funds returned as soon as possible and hoped this would appease him. He is still holding our money as of July.

      On August 25th, 2021 I received an estimate for a new boiler for my home. I went under contract with Plumbusters and submitted a payment of half the estimated cost for the project. I called them a number of times over several months to get them to make an appointment to install the system. My messages were often ignored. In December 2021 I reached out again, letting Bob know that I really needed to move on this as I was using my next years wood supply to heat my home. He scheduled me for a week in January 2022. The system was finally installed and completed by the beginning of February 2022. I used it for a few months and everything seemed ok. I started using the heat again in the fall of 2022 and noticed that the rooms were getting unusually warm even though the thermostats were turned down. Sometimes heat came through the registers even when the thermostat was off. I contacted Bob in October 2022 by phone. He asked me to text him pictures of the system as he would "get right on it" and I did and I didn't hear anything back. I contacted him again through text and he didn't respond. I emailed him a couple of times with no response. This all happened over the course of late fall through the holidays and into January 2023. I sent him an email beginning of February and said I would proceed to the next step if I didn't hear from him. He said he would do something the next week. I heard nothing. It has been 5 months since he said he would "get right on it". I'm tired of chasing him to get this resolved.
