I have been a member for approx 30 yrs. Nothing but great service on every issue that I've needed help with. Whenever I've needed a new Debit card when lost or compromised, I received new one within ************************************************************************************************************************************************ out of your spending routine. I really appreciate this close attention to detail. When I was head injured years ago they gave me 1 on 1 help with keeping my checkbook balanced. They have always helped me when I needed a loan, making the process easy even though I've moved over 150 miles away. I will always keep my accounts with them despite having no plans to return to the area. Every employee has always been friendly and helpful. They are the best bank/credit union that I have ever had an account with.They are a 10 out of 10 in my book!THANKS HRCU FOR BEING THE BEST!!! ??

Poor customer service ! No CSR after 6p or on weekends so dont expect any help at all with yr acct during those ************** Updated my address because pocketbook was lost along with license and debit card and now I have to wait 39 days for new card to be issued along with waitung the 7-10 days for card so 39 days late it will arrive n I have no way of accessing any of my money !
