Double dipping-our neighbor had trees cut down and removed. **** (the owner) was pd by our neighbor to take down a tree. The neighbor initiated the work and said he would like the our tree taken down, as it was leaning his way. They just had a tree fall over their pool and gazebo. We'll, at the same time, we had two more trees taken down. We did this while the equipment was already set up in 2 of our neighbors yards. So my complaint is: after seeing the itemized bill, he charged us for removal of 3 trees. I complained to him and he didn't have a care in the world. I texted him, and he told me 'to leave him the **** alone' anyone, please Don't hire him. There are better people out there.

Please see attached email from the complainant's husband.  There was some confusion at the beginning, but the complainant's husband and I worked it out.  There was no double dipping.  I took 3 trees down for this customer. The neighbors ***** and ******** who's yard I used to gain access to their trees, who by allowing me to do that avoided any damage to their yard (which is what happens when you put a large crane on it) will back up my story. Additionally, the complainant continued to text message me harassing me to send her money back, so I did tell her to leave me the h*** alone and blocked her from contacting me.  As you can see from the email, the husband is very happy with our service and agrees that the complainant was angry and asked us to be patient so it could "all blow over".  The husband paid for the service the day of the email 2/13/23.  This is a fictitious complaint.

Just saw this response. **** and *** did talk about the bill. My gripe about this whole issue is, He charged us for the removal of 3 trees. Our neighbor "*****" initiated the whole thing. He wanted a tree of ours removed. He paid to have it removed. The equipment was in the other neighbors yards, all he did was to move his boom and cut down our trees. He never had to set up his equipment. ****'s quote to us " I need $1,800 per day for my equipment " So I guess he was paid $1,800 X 3 for the day our trees were removed. It took no more then 2 hours.

What bothers me the most now, is the statement "This claim is Fictitious " NO IT IS NOT.

I tried to explain in my text message to **** @ FX Tree Service and he said, you could have come out of the house to stop us. We weren't home, when he was taking down the tree the neighbor wanted taken down and the other one was being taken down as we got home.

I DON'T want a 'Darn' thing from him. I just want this complaint on his file. So other people don't have to go through this. Again, this is not a "FICTITIOUS COMPLAINT"

I don't need to hear anything from this gentleman!!!!

Attached are screenshots of our text messages. **** is arrogant, rudely stating that I cannot count to two or that I have a difficult time.  He still states two trees, the bill shoes 3 trees.

What bothers me the most now is the fact that he can say this claim is "FICTICIOUS "

IT IS NOT EVEN CLOSE !!!
