      2.5 years ago, Bay State Exteriors did a partial roof job for us. They did not do the soffit vents though, since *** said they were on back-order. I paid almost the entire amount on the contract (I think I held back $400). Until now, I have been trying to get *** to come and finish the job, to no avail. Sometimes he would respond to my texts, but now he is totally ignoring my request. For years, he said he will come get it done, "maybe next week", etc. etc. Since we seem to be at an impasse, I'd like to see if the BBB can help resolve the issue. I've looked into having someone else do the vents, but the lowest quote I got was $1,200, which is way more than I held back from Bay State. Thank you.

      I gave this company a deposit for siding repair & the work was never done . And will not refund my deposit of 2000.00

      on 5/24/2022 baystate exteriors completed installation of 16 windows a sliding exterior door and new gutters for which they were paid in full at $18,300.00 the problem is the gutters are not on properly the slider has a ripped screen which the installer pointed out and 2 screens don't close properly we have a 1 year warranty and were told they would come back out to resolve the issue which the only way too contact them is through a cell phone which they don't answer and have since blocked my number. These are minor issues but i paid for service that was not provided.

      Date of Transaction: 3/29/22 The amount of money paid to business: $3000 What the business committed to provide you: Hired Bay State Exteriors to remove mold in the basement. They were to first remove the carpet and second treat the floor. Nicholas S********, the owner’s son, also promised his staff would move all furniture items for us, including couch, treadmill, exercise bike and TV/DVD cabinet. Nature of the dispute: After being notified the job was completed, I checked and noticed the TV/DVD cabinet wasn’t moved and the rug underneath wasn't treated. They returned and moved the TV/DVD cabinet and treated the remaining rug. This time, when I checked, the bottom of the TV/DVD cabinet was broken. Whether or not the business tried to resolve the problem: Bay State said that since they usually don't move furniture and it was old, they could not repair it and offered only $50 reimbursement. They never responded after I replied it would cost more than that to replace and I was only asking for $100. Account/Tracking Number: There is no tracking number on Receipt

      I employed Bay State Exteriors to replace my roof. The sales person was Nick son of the company owner. The job was complete late November 2021. December 4th shingles began to flap and fly off. This has continued fir 3months with hardly any shingles left and leaks into my house. The company have come out twice and are aware of the issues. Since then silence. No replies to my text or calls. I have video footage that show the damage is ver time. I have a thread text since Dec 4th. I am at my wits end and do not know where to go from here. I was hoping they would communicate with me and set up a plan to make repairs or return the $8500. It cost me for a roof that has pretty much blown away. The persons name will was dealing with was Nick and this is his number **********. The other number I have for the company is **********. I do have videos but couldn't download them here. Thank you

      On May 25th 2021 I received a quote in person at my house for new gutters with down spouts, a double window to replace a sliding door and four new exterior doors with three storm doors. I gave Bay State Exteriors a deposit of 50% $6950 with the remaining $6950 to be paid upon completion in the time frame of 4-5 weeks. The deposit check was cashed by them. I have made several attempts to get this work scheduled and there has been no scheduled date given. I no longer want this company to handle this work and want my deposit of $6950 returned to me.

      This company did siding on my home and finished 7 days ago.They left a pile of trash at the top of my driveway and have yet taken it away after 3 phone calls and the owner assuring me he'll get it taken care of. I'm going to have to spend more money to have it removed .

      We signed a contract to have mold removed with bay state exteriors in early august this year. They took a $1000 deposit and never came back to do the work. They also stopped returning phone calls so we were not able to speak to them after the stole our money. After reading reviews it seems this company frequently does this.
